I've said this before but if you look fat with a shirt, you really are fat.
Like they make those things so fat people don't look so fat, especially when you don't tuck them. Now I know Phil doesn't buy shirts his size, but you usually see the upper buttons on the verge of popping out, not the lower ones.

Also, remember his rant a few months ago about "flat chested bitches" (he was talking about males, btw) and how him having fat moobs was a sign of him being a manly man (this was around the time he showed his MASSIVE calves [which btw, are a sign of being overweight, ask any gymbro with big calves and they'll tell you they used to be fat])

It's the other way around. ALT has adopted so many Philisms, either ironically or unironically, that it becomes cringy and no longer funny.
