Edit: Yes they did, the operator went bankrupt and it was sold off in 2021 to be converted to a freighter. This has to be old footage.

The plane in your image(N479EV) was scrapped in 2017 when the operator couldn't afford its C-Check inspection. The only still flying 747 supertanker was converted back to a freighter for national airlines.

45 Degrees can be beaten with a thick blanket and a sweater. Still sucks for everyone that has had to evacuate, but it's certainly better than going through this in the middle of summer. Which, sadly, is the only positive in this disaster.
