I’ve noticed one of the most common red flags for BPD ppl is the use of “ride or die” when they take about others.

Oh, dear God, that is true and a good point. And the thing with them is that someone can totally lie/be insincere, and take no actual or beneficial action, but so long as that other person says the empty words, makes them feel special or soothed or just "not hated,"
