1) The stuff that was shown WAS of minors, but either had bikini zones covered or had portions edited out, indicating that Warski and Ralph had bikini zone materials TO edit out. Most of the stuff was lewds that served as a teaser trailer as to how to acquire more *ahem* unrestricted *ahem* access, so even with the lack of genitals/bikini zones displayed to the audience, it still was CP.
2) The person it was acquired off of was Indigo White, who was 17** at the time (ADDED IN EDIT: APPARENTLY SHE WAS WELL OVER 18 AT TIME OF BROADCAST, AS WELL AS FOUR MONTHS PRIOR TO 2/28/19.
