Apparently, a member of scrv.xyz, a Discord against the sharty, has been charged with Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime, Abduction of a Child, Child Enticement, Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child under 16 years of Age, and one count of Intentionally Pointing Firearm at Law Enforcement Officers. Which if convicted, could face up to 126 years in prison.
The member in question is named Tres/Arner-Ortiz, the victim is DeSu/James, who is unnamed in the documents.
Unfortunately I was unable to get any more screenshots due to me being unverified, but here's the chat export I got:

Coming forward now. I am the 15 yr old in question. I will probably be banned after this but honestly I do not care, people need to know about this particular user's behaviour. I'd suggest whatever Sharty janny is looking at this thread right now permanently IP ban him from all soysphere websites. He deserves the same treatment as Bu5t.
Currently I do not know what he is up to as he blocked me on Steam after we finished talking but it's very obvious this type of behaviour is going to repeat again - he admitted to me that he gooned to Soylita and Lolicon. Pedophile, no doubt in my mind.

He was probably one of the most insufferable faggots on the blog who constantly made 'jokes' about being a pedophile and defending a previously banned user who advocated for child marriage, even going so far as unbanning her when he was a janny.
So yea, it turns out when a guy who constantly shouts out "I'M A PEDOPHILE" and hides under the thin veil of irony and humor they're probably just showing their true colors but too cowardly to admit it.
