I am now one of the eager beavers to those optimistic possums and positive pollys. Eager to see the

"Plaintiff comes now and says:

HOW IS THIS FAIR?? I have done everything you asked. This is the best I can do as I am a DISABLED PRO SE PLAINTIFF who works SEVERAL hours trying to avoid HOMELESSNESS and only have minutes a day to respond to the HARASSMENT by opposing council and deal with the endless harassing emails by kiwi farms users (exhibit A I'm 7).

This is not fair this is not justice THIS IS RUINING PLAINTIFF'S BRAIN. Plaintiff still insists he will be unlikely to kill himself.

Plaintiff will be going to mommy 10th circuit with this."

Another possibility, and I view this as extremely slim, but it is something I thought about, is he tries voluntarily withdrawing the lawsuit now to try and avoid fees. If I were a betting man I wouldn't bet on this but he did voluntarily withdraw a lawsuit relatively recently to avoid showing up to court iirc.
I think he'd still be on the hook for the fees if he withdrew from the case. Since Null wants to discourage other retards from filing frivolous bullshit lawsuits, and it would be really funny to get a debtor's exam for Greer, I think they'd continue to pursue costs.

Very excited to read Greetard's reaction. I don't think Null is gonna get his full money back though; I hope he does but I think Greer is too broke and prideful to pay it all back.
Even going with the wildly optimistic assumption Hardin can nail Russ down, there's surely no way he has the money to pay what he owes. Does he even have a job any more, or has he taken up suing strippers full time?

What happens if Russ pleads poverty? I like the idea of Null garnishing all Russhole's future wages like an angry baby momma, but I'd rather he get the money he is owed more efficiently.

Sorry if this has already been answered (been highlight-skipping) but when Hardin submits the fees request will we be able to see the figures, or is that confidential?

Any fighting that Greer does could waste more of Hardin’s time and Greer is getting billed for it. He could be upping the costs by hundreds of dollars depending on how much he’s kicking and screaming.
My assumption is that Russ figures he just won't pay given the state of his finances, lack of parental support, and general stupidity. He could think of it in terms of "If I owe Hardin $250, that's a problem for me. If I owe him $10,000, that's a problem for him." That's not exactly the case since it's a court ordered sanction, but ol' Droolface wouldn't be in this situation if he understood the law.

nulls goal is to mount such a defense that discourages others from trying to do what rusty is doing and this judge is making that really fucking hard.
Russel being a metaphorical skull on a pike at the gates of the Kiwi Farms (a website) to discourage other tards from getting litigious would be the most useful he's ever likely to be to anyone.

The fact he'd be useful to his enemies is karmically satisfying, of course.
Is it possible to actually extract fees from recaltricant russ? Who knows.
He and his case itself isn't even significant in any way, he just needs to serve as an example.

I like the idea of Null garnishing all Russhole's future wages like an angry baby momma, but I'd rather he get the money he is owed more efficiently.
In my mind, it would be preferable to garnish Russ' wages for years. It sends a much stronger message to any other would-be plaintiffs.
"Everything related to the site is 100% legal. This retard sued the KF, dragged his feet for years, and now he's still paying Josh's layers' fees and costs. Don't be dumb. Don't fuck with the forum because you WILL be just another head mounted on a pike."

What I'm curious about is whether this development will cause Russell to view the judge as an adversary rather than as an ally. Will he pivot to attacking the judge, or will he continue his approach of tattling on Hardin to the judge?

I fully expect this to happen. He will file a "notice of intent to look into the possibility of getting the bias judge recused."

I'd like part of the metaphorical skull posting to include Russ being forced to write a new book: "How I sued Kiwi Farms, a website, and became actually litigous, crazy, recalcitrant, and thousands of dollars in debt". Null owns copyright and can post it as a warning to anyone else who tries.

(I know courts are unable to compel speech, but maybe it could be included as part of a settlement or dismissal.)

Russ is 💯 going to mention the legal fund and how it’s unfair and Hardin already got paid and also they used his likeness.

It still amuses me greatly that Russ got his toe in the door from the 10th in a way he never should, and then proceeded to slam said door on his foot repeatedly and finally shot it off.

He had a legitimate chance to narrowly finagle a final ruling that would have affected the world and been mentioned in big cases (which he could have bent into some money if he wanted) and he threw it all away to pursue harassments.

I like it from that angle, but trying to put myself in Null's position I'd rather just have my fucking money back than have to chase up a gimpy face retard every month for my tithe.

Raises a question.

Null gets money in a legal fund of specific type and restrictions.

Uses some of that money to pay Hardin to deal with retards.

Gets costs/fees in one of the cases. Where does the money go (just assume he gets it)? Is it direct to Null to either put back in the legal fund? Does it have to go back? Could he spend it in cheese instead? Does it go to a website?

It goes to Hardin for the effort he spent dealing with Greer's bullshit. Hardin even said in one of his filings that the stuff Greer is making him do isn't something he can ethically bill Null for.

I wonder had Greer seen the Order before he submitted this one? It reads like he had not and was just going tit for tat regarding Hardin's notices regarding his non compliance
The order came after he has submitted this document.
Worse, all the stuff he pleaded before the appellate division about a totally legit case with totally legit witnesses and stacks of evidence had to be construed as true.
That was in Florida, I believe, not in the 10th.
If I recall correctly, Hardin mentioned that discovery costs were thousands of dollars.

Telling the court he's homeless while continuing to use an address he does not live at on his filings
I believe he has told the court that he is no longer homeless, but he moves between addresses. See:
Screenshot 2025-01-15 164813.png
This is from November, which implies he is no longer homeless. This interpretation is also supported by:
Screenshot 2025-01-15 164923.png
Which states twice that he has a place to live at currently.

I believe he has mentioned in the eviction case that he petitioned for Government housing assistance, so that could be it. Or maybe he's living at one of those homeless shelters, who knows (though they do accept mail, so I'm not sure what his problem is).

I wonder why that's not an option...
Does he even have a job any more
According to him, he does
but when Hardin submits the fees request will we be able to see the figures, or is that confidential?
Any awarded figures will be public.

I think people need to put the victory confetti back in their pockets. The outcome of all this is most likely going to be "Now that we've settled the recent unpleasantness with a sanction, this can go back to being a normal case about a poor disabled boy being murdered by Kiwi Farms, a website."

That is, unless Greer really does decide this is too expensive for him once his costs rise above zero.

Since it's an award for fees and not a settlement I would assume it all goes to Hardin, and perhaps depending on his arrangement with Null some of it could be funnelled into his other lawsuits. I don't think it's actually a payday for Null, sadly.

is he tries voluntarily withdrawing the lawsuit now to try and avoid fees
If only he'd had that bright idea before he caused the fees to be run up.

Who's going to file the N-word first?
I'm still expecting Russell to file the pornography he claims to have been emailed.

He had a legitimate chance to narrowly finagle a final ruling
To manage that, he'd need to have a good case with some evidence, and he's repeatedly said he has none.
