Current Year Tim Pool is a really shit version of OG Street Tim Pool so that's saying a lot.He is like a really shit version of Tim Pool. A wannabe.
You are retarded.Personal vs corporate bankruptcy. You run up debt on the corporate side to increase your personal wealth/assets strip the corpo of it's assets and then declare bankruptcy leaving your personal assets untouched
Repeat as necessary.
This is like rich person 101. People like Mitt Romney literally do this for a living and it's retarded that people go "hurr durr guy worth 500 billion dollary doos is a loser because he declared bankruptcy 20 times!
Yes it's immoral and scummy but they have 500 billion dollars and you don't.
Take Dave Ramsey's cock out of your mouth, his advice is meant to keep you poor.
I don't know how many times I have to scream it... THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH BANKRUPTCY. Whether that's personal bankruptcy or declaring bankruptcy for business (which Trump did). A bankruptcy is a powerful and righteous tool at your disposal to not have you live destitute due to debt you could never pay off.Trump has had to file for bankruptcy several times,
Like many Americans you are unable to conceive of finances in terms other than $1 = beefy five layer burrito or payday loan = goyslop faster. You are retarded.
Michelle Obama is done with President-elect Trump, if her decision to skip next week’s inauguration means anything.
The former first lady, who once called on Democrats to go high when Trump’s Republican Party goes low, will not be going to the Capitol to watch Trump take the presidential oath for a second time, leaving her husband, former President Obama, to go it alone.
Longtime allies of the former first lady say she is sending a powerful statement by skipping the event.
They say she wants nothing to do with a man undeserving of the presidency and is making no effort to hide her disdain for Trump.
“She meant every word she said on the campaign trail with every fiber of her being,” one ally said. “And she’s no hypocrite.”
By not attending the inauguration, Michelle Obama is “saving some credibility,” one longtime aide to her said.
“She campaigned the hardest against him personally, of anyone,” the aide said.
While she will be the only former first lady not in attendance at Trump’s inauguration, allies say that trend broke during the last inauguration, when Trump and former first lady Melania Trump did not attend President Biden’s ceremony.
“And no one took issue with that,” a second ally said. “So why is this a big deal? The chain has already been broken.”
A statement from the Obamas’ office would not say why the former first lady would not be attending the inauguration. It simply said the 44th president is “confirmed to attend the 60th Inaugural Ceremonies,” while Michelle Obama “will not attend the upcoming inauguration.”
The decision not to attend leaves her husband out to dry, or at least appears to after he was seen on camera laughing with Trump ahead of former President Carter’s funeral last week. Michelle Obama, who would have been seated next to Trump, also skipped that event because of an apparent “scheduling conflict.”
A number of Democrats weren’t happy with former President Obama laughing with Trump, and some will like the sense that the first lady is giving a decidedly different and cooler signal.
“Look, he can’t stand the guy, but he knows how to turn it on and be cordial,” the second ally said. “He was being polite at a funeral.”
Still, the second ally said, “And I’ll bet he got some s‑‑‑ from [Michelle Obama] about it.”
Asked about the moment in a Fox News interview last week, Trump acknowledged it “did look very friendly. … I said, ‘Boy, they look like two people that like each other.’ And we probably do.”
At the Democratic National Convention last summer, the former first lady was relentless in her criticism of Trump. “For years, Donald Trump did everything in his power to try to make people fear us,” she said. “See, his limited, narrow view of the world made him feel threatened by the existence of two hard-working, highly educated, successful people who happen to be Black.”
On the campaign trail last year, Michelle Obama repeatedly slammed Trump’s character and blasted him for having “gross incompetence.”
“In any other profession or arena, Trump’s critical track record and amoral character would be embarrassing, shameful and disqualifying,” she said.
Michelle Obama is famously unhappy around politics. She routinely ranks as the most popular Democratic politician when surveys are done asking people whom they would like to see run for president. But after her husband ended his second term, she repeatedly made it clear that a run for office was not in the cards because she had absolutely no interest in doing it.
“Absolutely not,” she said in a 2018 interview on the “Today” show when asked about a potential run. At the time, she was promoting her bestseller “Becoming.”
“I have never wanted to be a politician. It’s one of those things that nothing has changed in me to make me want to run for elected office.”
Not attending Trump’s inauguration, in some ways, feels consistent with that mindset.
While both Obamas attended Trump’s first inauguration in 2017, the former first lady has long shown animus toward Trump.
In “Becoming,” she slammed Trump for putting her family in danger after he falsely claimed former President Obama was born in Kenya.
“The whole thing was crazy and mean-spirited, of course, its underlying bigotry and xenophobia hardly concealed,” she wrote. “But it was also dangerous, deliberately meant to stir up the wingnuts and kooks.
“Donald Trump, with his loud and reckless innuendos, was putting my family’s safety at risk,” she added. “And for this, I’d never forgive him.”
What else are the voices telling you about me?Like many Americans you are unable to conceive of finances in terms other than $1 = beefy five layer burrito or payday loan = goyslop faster.
Many such cases, very sad ect ect.
Out of all of Elon's failures you chose EVs? Really? The Las Vegas Loop was an unparalleled embarrassment, full stop. Like, never live down what was promised vs. what was delivered laughing stock shit. Home Battery another stunning failure. If the rich knew not to do self-destructive things, you wouldn't have guys like Elon Musk or Donald Trump.
Trump has had to file for bankruptcy several times, and Elon's mishaps in car design made his company the new laughing stock of the EV market.
Hell, we had to bail the rich out more than once with taxpayer money. If they're that stupid in running their businesses, how the hell can they run the government properly? The only reason Trump's first term did so well was because he had people who knew what to do, but they kept defying him, so his new court is stacked full of ass-kissers and sycophants.
Trump never filed bankruptcy, a couple of his many businesses through the years have. Contrary to a weird theory rich people don't get rich by filing bankruptcies.Out of all of Elon's failures you chose EVs? Really? The Las Vegas Loop was an unparalleled embarrassment, full stop. Trump filing for bankruptcy seems to have impacted the lives of his detractors more than his own, he seems to not give two shits. Might be worth exploring why, idiot.
He and his friend at the office back in virginia learned about the pedo death penalty law being proposed and so he has to do a lot of clean up.Dude. You're losing your touch. This is such lazy blackpilling. Did we break you?
Have you been doomoralized?
Yea Tesla's securities and evaluation, etc. is super fucked, no doubt. It could be disasterous for the market if this mistake was corrected suddenly, so there is some armor there. He also utilized this situation to facilitate the purchase of Twitter. I don't like the guy, hes a snake oil salesman for the most part, but that was smart.Trump never filed bankruptcy, a couple of his many businesses through the years have. Contrary to a weird theory rich people don't get rich by filing bankruptcies.
Elon committed massive securities fraud with Tesla. It was so obvious and blatant to be comical. If he wasn't the Left's Golden Boy of Climate Change back then he would've been crucified. Then he got Too Big to Fail and they got stuck with him.
I'm convinced smoothbrains played Monopoly as kids and got it into their head that "Bankrupt = I lost the gameOut of all of Elon's failures you chose EVs? Really? It's stunning how many people don't realize that this and shit like this is banker and credit card company propaganda.I'm convinced smoothbrains played Monopoly as kids and got it into their head that "Bankrupt = I lost the game"
like ok? who are you again?
My favorite myth is "If you declare bankruptcy you'll never get a credit card again. MUH CREDIT SCORE!"It's stunning how many people don't realize that this and shit like this is banker and credit card company propaganda.
That's literally the point @Jace on ice is making, though. Lord Imperator was the one who brought up trump's corporate bankruptcies as if it was some sort of own of the man. Jace made the point that a corporate bankruptcy can be a strategic move to increase personal wealth. It's something Trump has actually done at least once, with his Atlantic City casinos. Four times one of his companies went bankrupt, but he personally came out richer than he went in each time.Trump never filed bankruptcy, a couple of his many businesses through the years have.
Musk has some so much stupid shit, and some evil shit, but his detractors go with "he's a fake gamer" or "spaceX is bad" His thread here was good at pointing out the dumb shit until the Trump thread got locked, then it just turned into a mald about Musk's politics.Again, guy was criticizing EV design flaws as if it was the worst/stupidest thing he's done. Not even close.
If a white executive at Boeing delivered record planes to customers with no quality defects it was because of racism. If a DEI becomes that same executive she would have the same level of success or more because that white executive didn't actually do anything anyway. As long as she does what that guy did she is just as capable. He goes to the office and drives a nice car. I can do that! He sits at a desk reading emails, making phone calls, and writing messages all day. Who can fuck that up?
kiwifarms is the only brain rot I'll allow in my life. The way it has been implemented in the United States for sure causes brain rot among children and adults alike. If we were talking about China's TikTok, then I wouldn't have any issues, as they use it for educational purposes and basically as a science app for kids to use.
