Going with religious commentary though, now I see why Paul considered sexual immorality a sin that is a crime committed against oneself. This still makes sense on some level, since we're conditioned to perceive homosexuality and gender non-conformity as something that blurs sexual binary. Freaks posted in this thread are explicitly degenerates, leaving no room for benefit of the doubt, thus we 100% see them as mentally ill men (and some women) who butcher themselves in the name of mental illness in the form of kink.

That ruse shouldn't have worked on a public not steeped in "sin". Transgenderism is the penultimate horror of this, there's far more mutilated teens now then there ever will be "honest" nullos. That's how I came to conclusion that it all is horrific and at the core isn't much different from extremes, we're just conditioned to see "a little bit of harm" done as the norm or expression of personal freedom. When in reality, the normal amount of therapists prescribing cross sex hormones for no genuine medical reasoning behind it should be zero.

And don't get me wrong, I still perceive both of given examples differently. But is it an objective perception? Or I have been conditioned to see it that way, and objectively speaking, it's the severity and stress on the body that differs (which may be subjective too, just as it is with general medical issues: some people survive cancer with seemingly no major issues, some die from complications they get from simple flu outbreak) that differs, but the underlying insane essence of it is usually the same. Not one thing, usually a cluster of them, but still.

From that I'd infer it either means they lied and told a psych that he wants to fully transition and his genital dysphoria is just the most unbearable and important thing to fix or they managed to get a psych to construct something custom: That should hypothetically be possible, I can see diagnosing isolated genital dysphoria, I think it's technically on the DSM, but usually not covered by default and would require petitioning their insurance like you do with a rare or entirely new diagnosis and the required exotic or experimental treatments.

So apparently, this person was sexually abused as a child and didn't process this before they got the surgery. They said it recontextualized their decision and identity for them after getting therapy for it, but they don't go into detail as to how it did that (probably for the best).

In the videos, he "plays a game" with his victim where once they're tied up and blindfolded, he rolls a die. The idea is that whatever it lands on reflects how much he cuts off, but he seemingly kept rolling it over and over until it was a higher number and meant he would cut off more.

Besides the currently incarcerated Theo, some of the videos allude to an Alex and a Sevastian who were accomplices. I hadn't heard of an Alex or Sevastian apprehended in connection with the Eunuchmaker content, so it's very likely they're still out there.
