Lawyers are pretty much always polite, no?
Depends on the type. Ones who are interested in getting an efficient resolution of their clients' issues will typically be polite, as not getting emotions riled up tends to promote that, or at least not inhibit it. But some want to attract clients by having a reputation for being a "fighter," so they dial up the bombast (and more conflict can mean more hours). And some are just autistic assholes who can't keep it under wraps, as opposed to the rest of us who can.

Mushmouth's biggest problem is that he just doesn't understand the law.

He thinks this is all about his plights, how the site is being mean to him and such. He forgets this a DMCA case. All the rest of his shit was tossed out by the appeals courts. He keeps harping on and on and on about the site and how it's evil, how Josh is a Nazi, how users of the site keep harassing him, all while that has zero to do with his case.

He just doesn't realize the danger he is in. If he loses, and it's looking more and more likely, he could very well be on the hook for tens of thousands of dollars in legal fee's. Just because he plead IFP doesn't mean he will get off scott free if the case turns against him. You'd think he'd of learned with after his tango with Scordis but one thing we know about Russell is that he doesn't learn, ever.

Josh is not going to be kind, Josh is not going to settle and just let Greer walk away. This case has cost the Farms...well a lot. And if Greer get hit with legal fee's due to all his shitty behaviours and shenanigans trying to get his plights in front of the judge rather then the facts of the case he could well be spending the rest of his life paying Josh back. Faking statements, faking witness, faking claims, wasting the courts time...the legal system doesn't look kindly upon retards trying to abuse it for personal gain.

Even if Russell went to withdraw the case tomorrow it's too late. He's either got to win or he will owe Josh large sums of money for the years long abuse of the court system.

Really Russtard is lucky he drew such a lenient judge, any other judge would have tossed out this shit case years ago.

Acerthorn wishes he had Russell's luck with judges.

TLDR: It's go for broke time for Mushmouth, he wins this or he will be Josh's bitch for the rest of his life.

His first lolsuit against Taylor Swift was for "misrepresentation."

Mushmouth's biggest problem is that he just doesn't understand the law.
He doesn't understand anything. As mentioned above and as far as I remember, the most charitable reading of the Swift suit involves leaps of logic that would make a braingazelle gasp.

Swift did something nice for a disabled person once.

This was an offer tendered to the world at large to do nice things for disabled people.

Even if she couldn't do it for everyone, she at least created an obligation to personally say "no".

The above isn't a misunderstanding of the law (that follows when he thinks he can use it to fix it), it's a misunderstanding of human interactions at a very basic level, even Chris Chan isn't that fucked up.
Josh is not going to be kind
Shitlips doesn't realize that Josh moving for summary dismissal immediately was him being kind to the fucking retard.

Josh moved quickly in the Ricky case and got out fast and "cheap" for what he felt, and so avoided getting Quasi'd (and thereby also avoiding a eventual huge payout).

Greer had a number of other chances to drop the case at a basically "no harm no foul" but he's way past that point now.

Hell, he's finally actually pissed Hardin off - you can tell just from reading his filings that it's becoming personal.

I LOVE the idea of Russell dressed up in his Sunday best with gas station flowers ready to take a hooker to Olive Garden, only for the brothel to say "Sorry, card declined. It says: hooker fund seized by Hardin Law and will be the next 20 times you save up the $3000 for 1 hour with a hooker, you'll never get laid again."

It has been speculated before in this thread that Russ might have someone, or multiple someones trying to help him, giving him advice on what points to raise in his motions and what kind of motions to file.

Do you think maybe Russ has trolls pretending to be allies, giving him bad advice for the lulz?

I imagine they are just retard (P)redditers hoping to own the Farms

I always thought Rackets was secretly giving Russ wet brained legal advice to try and get back at Null for not censoring his thread. I know it’s not Acerthorn because Russ hasn’t used the phrase “unclean hands” in every other sentence.

Yours is a more realistic scenario, but a more amusing one for me is Russ sits down at Olive Garden and Hardin just walks in and starts taking the breadsticks.

If someone were trying to help (actually help him) they'd be doing much better. It's hard to come up with actions that Russ could take that would hurt his case worse than what he's done. Perhaps taking a steaming shit on the bench might be up there.

If Dick Lickeita, the non-practicing non-lawyer was giving legal advice to someone behind the scenes and this is the result of his legal advice, then that will fuck him over monumentally.

Forget disbarment, that’s fucking criminal negligence.

This is of course all theoretical. I doubt anybody is assisting Greer with anything. This all springs from his head in his disheveled “stream of consciousness” filings.

He forgets this a DMCA case.
No, this is a copyright case. This was never about DMCA, nor was such a cause of action ever raised (though it did play a role in 10th Circuit's opinion). See:

Hasn't Null specifically refused Nick's implied requests to censor his thread?

As dumb and flailing as Nick's attempts to dodge Montagraph and the local DA have been, they've usually at least followed the form of legal argumentation in a way that Russ' filings don't pull off.

I still like the idea of finding someone like Frank Hassle to strap a go pro to and having him repo all of Greer's shit.
Personally, the idea of being Nulls mercenary boot is a funny and interesting enough idea to make it kind of appealing. It wouldn't be the weirdest thing I've done because it sounded unique, I once drove an old man I didn't know to the rodeo states away because he put an ad in the local trade paper and it sounded like a really fun road trip.

Robbing a disabled man legally probably isn't something I can put on a CV but it would be a fun story.

As I understand Nick would imply something about the thread he didn't like. Null would say "ok, what do you want me to do about it". Nick would say "Oh, sorry, I was just letting you know." If I'm correctly or not correctly recalling Null's comments on his Podcast.

Of course Null wouldn't censor the thread anyway.

If such a thing were true, there would be legal arguments in his filings that would actually contain some sanity.

I actually think that if someone had been helping Russ write filings and that resulted in them being coherent it would have hurt Russ.

Russ has no real case so meandering around as a retarded Pro-Se litigant meant this case would last longer and be more annoying than if it proceeded.
