So he may get slammed for that. Another $5k. It adds up quick when you dont do what you are supposed to.

The best way to avoid taking a haircut on fees is to document everything: 12 minutes for answering this email, 2 hours for research on this motion, another 3 to draft it, 3 grand for a PI to track these two witnesses down, maybe more for tracking down the apparently imaginary "Steve Taylor" or whatever, $500 for Westlaw searches on such and such a day for such and such a motion.

Hardin had to free up entire working days in the vain hope that Russ would actually engage with the process. He hasn't billed Null for that either, so he's massively out of pocket. Russ, I'd think very carefully before you hit send on that next filing, boy.

I'd agree except that this case is the furthest Greer has ever gotten in the legal system. This is basically the magnum opus of his legal career until he defends himself pro se after murdeing a hooker. It almost made it the Supreme Court and he's actually got a judge who has to read his bullshit instead of just saying "this is shit, case dismissed". I believe Greer is gonna keep this going as long as possible, and even getting sanctioned thousands of dollars that he has to pay in the next two months might not be enough.
