Phil is definitely something of a hypochondriac. You can have genuine medical issues while still being one.
Clearly he has epic post nasal drip and that's a real problem that he's been dragging out forever because he refuses to pay for a doctor.
However, he's CONSTANTLY complaining about a never ending string of minor illnesses. He has to 'battle through' a cold to keep making videos. He takes sick days and pampers himself because of all the little minor illnesses rather than focusing on the major issue, the post nasal drip.
He either has hypochondriac tendencies or he's just the world's biggest, sickest baby.

His immune system must be total garbage. I'm a very active person, and i never get sick. Sometimes i go 3-4 years without getting anything.

I would take a lot of his complaining about being sick with a grain of salt. Right now it does sound like he's genuinely sick, but I'm guessing most of the other times is him just being lazy and making up some excuse so he doesn't have to stream, or if he does, he can fish for massive sympathy points and get people to donate because of all the hardships he's enduring for his audience.

I actually have read about something called farmhouse immunity, or farmyard/barnyard immunity--basically the theory was that farmers and farmhands got sick less, and they speculated that it was related to diet. A diet high in a variety of things, different fruits, plants, meats, grains, and foods with active cultures like yogurt, all of those things keep your immune system active, even if you arent constantly going out to new places and getting exposed to new shit that your body has to adapt to. If all you eat is hamburgers and processed foods that have been treated with antibiotics and hormones, your immune system is going to be as fat and lazy as you are.
This dude's addiction to only eating cheap fast food or whatever is probably playing a role. Because I mean theoretically if what yall were saying was true and his immune system was compromised because he's a shut in, then he actually wouldnt be getting sick as often because even though PandaLee can bring home contagions from work, he's not really getting exposed to those at a high enough rate to get infected from it. Unless he's trying to pass moves on her while she's miserably sick, snotty, and bed-bound which he might be doing because he's fucking retarded.

I doubt that, but Tom Hanks' character in Philadelphia looks more put together and groomed than Phil does. Seriously, whenever I hear someone make a disparaging comment about someone being "Greasy" I think of Phil and that mop on his head.

Well, increased thirst and fatigue are symptoms of the beetus, but they're symptoms of a lot of stuff--like lying around the house all day and eating nothing but processed foods with high sodium content. I would doubt it's possible to diagnose someone with beetus over the Internet, as most of the symptoms are stuff that only he or Panda would know. Blurred vision, increased pissing, dark spots under his armpits, impotency...That said, if he doesn't have it now, he will undoubtedly have it in the future.
And if he does have diabetes, congrats Phil, you've beaten the odds, most fat fucks only get it in their forties.
