Oh totally. Even if she was somehow putting a full 90 minute's of effort into it, it's still a senior citizen's water aerobics class, which expends about as much energy as a fishing a used bandaid out from the bottom of the pool. Even still, IF she could attend 2 of these classes a week for a whole month, it would be in the top three achievements of her life, behind only scamming SSDI out of the welfare system, and her prodigious death count for housepets.

Also, if you walk by one you'll notice the aqua fitness classes are overwhelmingly women age 70+. FYI: even hardcore fitness clubs with high end pools don't have water-based classes longer than an hour.

Looking at the website for the Florence YMCA, she's probably doing the 45 aquadance class. I haven't been able to find anything longer than that.

To summerize: Polissa shows up for a 45 minute light-cardio waterdance class. She bitches that the pool is too cold for her delicate blob-body, even though the pool is full of 80 yr olds. The real funny part is that even when she was actually very based, she genuinely thought she was being an ally (or handmaiden, hurr hurr). I often forget that one of her exes trooned out, so she’d have real reason to hate them (beyond the obvious).

You’re not wrong. She’s stated that the actual class is 45 minutes long and then she pushes herself to do another 45 minutes by herself, hence the 90 minutes. Of course, this is Polly, so huge grain of salt.
