Holy hell, that "snake" tattoo is really bad. Do we have a clearer pic of it somewhere? Just terrible, the original Trogdor drawing (on lined notebook paper) is better than that trash.

Not really. His tattoo artist, Jayden Anderson, is so ashamed of this tattoo that he has literally never posted an image of it on his social media, even though he posts works-in-progress all the time. The only reason we know he’s the artist is because he got caught in 4k at the last convention.

Back when he was married, TUG had a rather unusual dynamic with his wife. At a minimum she was running around collecting dick-pics and flirting with rando guys. But it would not surprise me at all if TUG and wife were swingers or had an open marriage. I think he empathizes with Nick's situation..

After Nick's arrest, TUG somewhat famously (to me anyway) said that the stuff Nick was arrested for like coke was just ha-ha funny stuff. TUG then drew the line at anything to do with kids and since Nick had done nothing (known then) to kids, everything he was accused of was a big nothing. Then the stuff about the kid and coke came out and TUG took a step back for a bit.

But now that Nick has cover-stories for everything, TUG has slithered back like he always does in situations like this.
