Strictly technically speaking, it's more likely that talking about how not guilty he is in public would lead to the plea being revoked. However, afterwards, if you publicly contradict what you swore to under oath, since an allocution of guilt is under oath, it would be a confession of perjury and they could in theory go after you for that.

Of course, you could say you were lying in public (which is not a crime) but really telling the truth under oath. Usually they just let lying criminals like Nick lie in public, though. It doesn't make them any less a convicted criminal, like Nick will be.

Unless he is pleading guilty to the child endangerment charge I don't see how it looks like he is pleading out against his will at all. He has admitted to using cocaine many times now, and has done a complete 180 on the government conspiring against him, probably because he knows that it would look like he was doing it against his will if he would continue to say the whole thing is a sham but he has to go along with it. If I was a Judge and looked at his recent antics I would say he was obviously buying and using a shit ton of cocaine and knows that he got caught, so he is pleading guilty. Again, he will deny the fact that his daughter was on cocaine to the day that he dies, which is why I think that the endangerment charge will get dropped as part of the deal.
