Yeah. You don't want her non-existent assets (maybe a car? And a load of debt). A lawsuit wouldn't make sense.
I just see stupid shit happening in the balldoverse and see an injustice that Vic couldn't get some sort of relief if needed against this blob (a restraining order at least), when somehow Nick Rekieta can get one against Aaron. (Granted, the dumbass streamed himself committing a crime.)
She started doing videos in 2004, over 20 years. She started into Channel Awesome around 2008.

For Vic? At this point basically nothing. Her audience and his at this point no longer intersect in any venn diagram, as much as Armz keeps trying to throw herself into his life.
She's probably just braindead and assumes everyone else is a NEET like herself and thus up at fucking midnight to start watching a damned video she's spent weeks cobbling together instead of actually having a job, and thus her massive fanbase and everyone else in all of weeb-dom will sit through her slop that manages to be as long as the entire fucking LOTR trilogy directors cut.
Then she can chop that up even further and spend the next few weeks posting smaller bits of it along with some directors commentary or whatever the fuck like Maddox did about Dax, as if Maddox is a fucking example to follow about anything. It's been what, a fucking decade since she got denied the little vic and has spent the past couple years proclaiming she's not obsessed with him... and has the fucking stupidity to post this shit. She dedicates more of her brain to thinking about Vic, than her own husband. I can just about guarantee that none of the people involved in the bullshit with Vic think about it as much as she does, and she wasn't even involved in it.
And better yet, she's probably going to pat herself on the back for this(won't have an issue reaching) and take another vacation since she's due for that.

If she's so tired and this is the "last say", she better not ever again mention Vic or Weeb Wars from here-on out. But she's an attention whore and a liar who can't let it go Vic didn't give her the bedroom eyes, she's not going to stand by her word and move on, and she's also not going to convince anyone of anything. There's so few fence-sitters that they're considered an endangered species, and for the most part, everyone's moved on for the most part. There's still an on-going war over localization, and FUNimation is dead and Crunchyroll continues to make enemies, but when it comes to individuals in the anime scene, there hasn't been anything new or shocking that's come out since. Fans just want to be left alone.
If she wanted to do a video on the culture of anime conventions and the like over the years since she was active in the scene, that's one thing, and I'm sure someone else out there has done it better. She's not fooling anyone that that's what the video is actually about when Vic is front-and-center in her thumbnail and trailer and in her numerous Tweets. She says there's one exclusive interview she did, well, who did she interview exactly, and why would anyone ever give her the time of day for her to mumble incoherent questions to?
Bet she only released it at this time to "commemorate" the "anniversary" of when she led the crusade against Vic. How pathetic.

Armzy is literally not worth suing, as some above me have said. However, as I've brought up many times before, this would work as grounds for a restraining order. Just look at this. Spending months on end combing through the entire internet to make a video that is over 11 hours long (And she says she cut things out so it could have been even longer then that). It's painfully obvious she is incapable of leaving Vic alone and will have to be stopped by force. This would be a reprieve not just to Vic's life, but to Kaylyn's as well. According to Google, some people under restraining orders are required to receive mental health treatment if they have shown to need it. If everything Kaylyn has done nonstop for the last 6 years isn't enough to be labeled mentally unwell, I don't know what would.

That's her excuse for making the video, whether or not she admits it, this was always her intention after she realized her anti Vic crusade wasn't going to get her in with Crunchyroll for work. 11 hours (especially someone as lazy as she is) means months-years of work. As others have mentioned I'm sure some of the things in the video are absolutely actionable, however it's a waste of time for anyone to sue her. She don't work,she lives in a shitty apartment with no savings,no investment and nothing of value. She probably has insane levels of credit card, student loan debt. Not to mention if Vic did sue her, she would get attention, sympathy and of course crowdfund. She's a worthless, obsessed,obese middle aged lunatic who is spitefully unhappy with her own shortcomings and failures. Laugh at her and catch the highlights here

You know, there's this youtuber who goes by Quinton Reviews, and he spent years releasing a series of extremely long videos going over decades worth of Dan Schneider sitcoms, teasing the ever-looming topic of having to actually talk about him. When the time finally came for the finale all about him, Quinton actually goes out of his way to hold back in a lot of ways. He seemed to approach the subject very professionally and respectfully, if that makes sense.
Here, I'm seeing an 11 hour video being teased without any tact, openly aiming to antagonize and guilt people on one side of a more divisive issue. Marzgurl is being outdone in competency and maturity by fucking Quinton of all people...
