The surgery is much more expensive when they try to preserve the nips (and doesn't often preserve them successfully) so many pooners opt for the cheaper no-nipple zippertit. Sometimes they get some fake nips tattooed. This is "life saving medical care" btw and totally not horrible malpractice.

I remember I didn't like steaks growing up because my mom always burned them. She was scared if it was even the slightest bit raw, you could get sick, so it tasted awful. That's the same way she cooked bacon too, but my dad always cooked good steaks. I miss those steaks.
