Ummm, the story is a bit creepier than that. Think "Uncle Cleve".....
Yeah, I knew about that, I just didn't mention it because I figured people had the sense to think for a bit on why a 21 year old being married to a US President would be pretty sketchy, given the average age of a President.
Mrs. Cleveland was actually extremely popular in Washington, to the point where there's no shortage of writings on how attractive she was. There were people who were sad to see Cleveland go after his first term not because they'd miss him, but because they'd miss his wife.

This doesn't have anything to do with journos, we saw this shit go down live on Twitter.

People were right to be concerned because Trump surrounded himself with retards last time and Vivek/Elon were being publicly and passionately retarded about American work ethic and H1Bs. A drop in admissions isn't going to fix the problem because the next dem can just open the flood gates again (like what happened when Biden got in). We need to end that visa programs and have massive reforms in favor of American workers. But the fact that Elon (a member of Trump's inner circle) was publicly arguing with Trump's base and BANNING them over their H1B takes and Trump didn't put him on blast is a huge red flag that fixing the problem isn't on the docket.

Until Trump says he is ending the H1B program entirely I fully expect a bandaid that will get ripped off by the time the next D gets into office.
Yes, but the Journos had been pushing an "Elon is the President" line just before this all went down on Twitter. A good chunk of the Twitter Right immediately went all "OMG, Elon's setting H1B policy, Trump's going to let in infinity Indians," and then the press selectively quoted Trump to make his opinion on H1B look less negative than it is. Keep in mind that Vivek's been tard wrangled by Trump's Chief-of-staff, because he's vanished from Twitter, and Stephen Miller, who is actually doing Trump's immigration policy, just like last time, is hostile to all immigration. I wouldn't expect Trump to actually shit talk the people directly on his team in public either, that just broadcasts disunity and chaos behind the scenes. It's not a good leadership look, you deal with your people in private to so not to undermine them or yourself later.

I get the concern, I do, but this isn't our first Trump rodeo. He's a far more known quantity this time around. Never trust the press, they'd tell you the sky is blue in the middle of a thunderstorm.

That seems extreme, DEI is a shit but it's not 125 fucking billion
No, its about right. It's the money laundering and gatekeeping wing of the demoralization and indoctrination system we're under right now, after all.

Remember the average DEI consultant is one of the most highly paid people at any Corporation. Mostly cause if they don't have one, the banks will cut them off.

I have a question about the taking Canada thing:

Let's say Trump makes an offer to only Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, the three reddest provinces rich in resources and a low population that would be easily absorbed. These provinces would start out as territories that are independent from ottowa, then eventually graduate to full states as they secure their borders and purge the unwanted Canadian elements.

Could Trump make a similar offer to Mexican states and slowly absorb them? They would be conservative which is good for elections, but would require the millitary to purge cartels which would make the people happy.

Most countries don't take too kindly to their tax base being poached by others so no lol. At least, not without the imminent threat of invasion or some other very non-kosher things you can do as a superpower.

I've been a fan of Bill Burr since he was "Billy," still had his hair, and was sleeping on a futon trying to make it in NYC. I hoped that him making it big in LA wouldn't change him too much, but I think it's time for me to rip that bandage off.
That shit pissed me off because Bill left out the part about how he OWNED the NYC apartment. Apparently he sold it to Joe DeRosa or was renting it to him, but I do believe he mentioned selling it years ago. Hilarious move on his part. His wife probably forced him to do it. Never forget, PRIME Aisha Tyler had a girl boner for Bill and he fuckin passed on her to keep that hideous, gummy sheboon he's with.

Nice fully black baby, pussy, maybe you should have thought with your dick sooner. I am beginning to think Bill is an industry plant because there's zero reason a man with his looks and fame back in his 30s would have kept that over prime Aisha Tyler unless someone was in his ear.

Those savings are real. The largest bar in the chart is "Diversity in federal contracting". That doesn't mean DEI consultants but rather refers to the "diversity tax" caused by contracting with the lowest "diverse" bidder instead of with the actual lowest bidder for government projects. The government treats bids from "diverse" contractors as if they are lower than they actually are. There's a whole cottage industry of pass through contractors where a "diverse" individual bids just below whatever the actual lowest bid is plus the diversity bonus. When they win the contract, they subcontract the actual lowest bidder and pocket the difference.

Trump does have the counteroffer of "what you gonna do about it'?
Most of the annex Canada talk is just banter. I would think he has 0 real plans to take the land. And is just using the talking points to negotiate a better deal for America. What Trump does is capitalise on the hysterical reporting. He has been hyped up in the world as super mega reincarnation Hitler 2.0. The intended reason is make people unite against him. But there is an unintended effect. He scares people. He scares rival politicians. They capitulate because they do not want to take the chance that he is as crazy as the media tells them he is. The greatest trick the leftist politician ever pulled, is to convince you they don't believe their own propaganda.

I’ve always liked the theory that Bill loved Patrice so much he found a woman that looked just like him.

Of course Patrice was actually a phenomenal comic and I dropped Burr’s podcast after hearing “The lovely NIA” just ruining the episode so many times.

Apparently Danielle Smith (the premier of Alberta) will be going to his inauguration. Alberta is absolutely sick of Ontario dictating their lives and already has a separatist movement so she may actually be in talks to determine what an American Alberta would look like. A seperatist movement was always doomed to fail because Alberta is landlocked between two countries and if they don't have a good trade agreement with at least one it would collapse as an independent state. But as an Americna state it will have more freedoms then a Canadian province.

And Canadian politicians have done everything they can to destroy any patriotism in the country, so Canada is getting close to being easily shattered.
