A: Because he is a public figure with impressionable followers and is attempting to make a youth improvement group. He is not mentally stable or morally grounded. He thinks it is acceptable to speak to spirits and/or embrace disillusion, therefore the world should know whats going on with his big-head.
Also, when I mean "impressionable", I mean young adults or teens who look up to this guy and see him as a relatable/mentorship figure. I have seen enough comments to realize he has a large portion of impressionable youths.

I want to rant about why I worry about Rudyard going into the Extreme-Spiritualist path.
Practices involving altering your mind or putting yourself into extreme emotional situations in an attempt to "talk with god", seem to lead down strange paths.
Heres a clip as to what I mean (clip got fucked. Whatever. Its 21:07 to 23:03 of the vid):

This clip is talking about a certain Sufi Muslim sect conducting a homoerotic ritual with a teenage boy as a means to commune with God.
Further into this video made by KnowledgeNorth, the boy talks about how it feels to have butt sex. Yup. They raped him as well.
Another example (of the consequences of extreme spiritualism) would be of a certain Muslim shaman stating that he was God himself and other heretical statements, while conducting a strange ritual which would make the participants dizzy.
And many more examples, but I feel it would get too..."sectarian" in nature.
Now in terms of Rudyard. He's straight up doing, pure, unadulterated, no bullshit, HARD DRUGSTM to induce his communions. These Muslim Shamans are "communing with God" while sober, now imagine if they started doing Ayuhuasca and Kratom frequently.
This is why im worried about Rudyard's extreme-spiritualism. He;s not some normie doing Ayuhusaca. He very likely has schizophrenia, autism, and was raped as a child.
A normie might get over his previous spiritual experiences, but Rudyard is already starting a cult and made a 10hour biography and atleast two other videos in an attempt to spread his deranged spiritual beliefs.

I'm watching through the entire thing and what I most noticed is how boastful the entire episode is.
Like how he can't just say "I walked the Appalachian trail." He has to say, "I walked it when there was a serial killer on the trail which has NEVER happened before in history! And I had only been camping twice before that!"
Or when he's telling the story about his ayahuasca trip, he actually says something like "If you ever try ayahuasca the high probably won't be as strong as mine," like he got a special version of the drug they don't give to anyone else. Typical big fish guy.
He says stuff like
"I faced thousands of little horrors in my life that would ruin someone else."
"I just wish there were words that could express the amount of suffering I felt."
He keeps mentioning thought loops and how hell is just a thought loop with yourself and if you've ever had a bad trip that's one of the most well-known versions, where you think you're stuck in time and your bad high will go on forever.
Instead he thinks he's found some secret about the inner workings of metaphysics and the divine. No dude you just had the exact same experience as probably at least a third of psychedelic users.
He's the type of person who doesn't even really understand the difference between truth and fiction so they'll tell exaggerated stories about themselves they want to be true, because they picture themselves this way and so in a way the lies are more real than the truth. No one knows the real me so I have to tell fantasy stories to show them how I actually am. The reason the counselors don't believe me when I tell them mommy raped me isn't because I'm a known histrionic.
Also he didn't get raped and I know this isn't a hot take. If you do psychedelics sometimes you will look at various relationships with others in a new light. Perhaps you'll decide that someone is a poisonous influence, or a source of negativity, and decide to get them out of your life. Perhaps you'll decide that you don't do enough for your family and plan to spend more quality time with them. Given that Rudyard had a bad trip combined with his desire to meld this experience into his personal zeitgeist it seems like this occured but he tied it in with his specialest-boy shonen protagonist chosen one lore and wrote himself a dark background. I think he's lying about all of it, all the abuse. I think he partly knows he's lying, and he partly buys his own LARP.

That's another aspect I meant to talk about at some point, trying to comment on everything is Herculean, this sperg says something insane basic every minute. You can tell Rudy is one of those guys that's really into "myth building" himself. He really wants to be a guy that people go:

Is the Appalachian trail even a big deal? Never looked into it, but I'm an experienced hiker and when he has told stories about it, he made it seem more like a really long tourist trail with abundant stops for commerce, and public shelters. If its some straight in the woods shit where you need to pack a weeks worth of food, socks, and water and set up camp each night then its actually impressive, but his few stories detail a very different experience.
