Her retarded friends turn the argument into "no one should have to do homework because it's harder for some people than others" which is obviously stupid. But yeah: PLENTY of poor people didn't have rich parents to pay for tutors for them, or make sure they were staying on top of homework. Being in a position where your wealthy parents can buy you a SECOND chance at NYU after you thoroughly wasted everyone's time last go around means you have access to a level of wealth, comfort, and influence that most people will never ever get.

I was confused at first as well because I thought she was referring to a laundromat, but of course that would make too much sense. Obviously Vicky would never go to a laundromat (even though they’re probably everywhere because it’s New York Fucking City.) It takes too much physical effort to haul all her dirty clothes, plus having to share a laundry machine with strangers? That’s icky!!! Think of her MCAS!!!
