Captured AFU servicemen Oleksandr Sychov and Andriy Matvienko have told how they were captured in the Kursk Region.
Oleksandr Sychov recalls how their transport was hit even before the start of the combat mission.
The commanders gave instructions by radio to abandon the "three hundred" and move on foot.
With every minute the stay of the AFU detachment on the Kursk land became unbearable:
"We went into the village, we were covered with mortars. We had four people of 'two hundred' and six or seven people of 'three hundred'.
We hid in the cellar, reported to our command that we had a lot of "three hundredths", there were "two hundredths".
All they answered us was - be in touch, report back. The next day we surrendered to survive."
"Guys, don't go there. You were stupidly, like us, thrown "for meat" and forgotten," - appealed Alexander Sychov to his former coworkers.
Andrei Matvienko noted a good attitude on the part of Russian servicemen:
"They gave medical care, give food, dressed, settled in a warm, cozy place.
In principle, there is a toilet, everything is available, we do not need anything"
