either way, the idubbz segments are so good because the topic changes so rapidly and varies so widely within each of their podcasts that the boys clip from. it doesn't stay on one topic and loop autisically, leaving a nervous tension filled by anxious-grifting to fill the dead air instead of content.

the idubbz segments are genuinely consistently entertaining.

side note -- PPP, when you read this, turn your noise gate back on your mic and raise the volume in OBS. last week, something changed and you were louder which was good but the noise gate is off and you're huffing and puffing into that motherfucker like a sweaty cheeseburger-walrus

PPP is still of the belief that New Project 2 was somehow this nefarious thing that needed to be taken down, even though it was just a Patreon-like alternative.
Who gives a fuck if a Chinese bank that was willing to look the other way politically was involved (or whatever it was).
It'd be no different than if we all started hammering Gumroad with requests to ban them.
They'd be crying and seething about that to no end.
I wonder why people weren't too happy about losing thousands of dollars of passive income per month, and were so-called "sweeping" for NP2 and Dick Masterson, even though no one even knows why NP2 was a terrible thing except for "making money online is gay".

Well he is no saint to talk about NP2 after the powerchat fiasco. That thing was orders of magnitude fucking worse than a sketchy chinese bank fueled patreon alternative ( i still wouldn't touch that thing with a 10 foot pole dont get me wrong, especially since Corey Barnhill the pedophile touched it ) ran by the jewish hammer of mexico Diddler Dax.

Tardski needs to do the latter part for him because he has such a sense of learned helplessness and weaponized incompetence, especially involving OBS for whatever reason. It is like a cat that can climb a 10 foot surface in 1.2 seconds (if not less) but will spend three minutes challenging you to a battle of wills because they want elevator service to be lifted 2 feet in your lap rather than making the hop themselves.

Unfortunately, I am outvoted so to speak, but there is a thread in the prospering grounds on Jessica Kent, where it boggles my mind that there is a debate as to whether or not she is a cow. I don't even see it as close, I see her as a cow by a country mile and have for years. List below, unformatted in interests of saving space.
1 - Lionizes prison culture, 2 - Lies about 5 year sentences, paperwork showed either a year minus a day or a year plus a day (forgot which, but it impacts future opportunities so the distinction is important), 3 - Tells prison stories denied by fellow prisoners and not evidenced in records (did an epic molester beatdown, but paperwork said only discipline issue was a chimpout over something stupid and petty), 4 - Is a figurehead for the sobriety community (Hi Andy) and has almost certainly denied multiple relapses (Hi Andy), 5 - Has a robust community of critics and haters, all made of former fans. 6 - Epic wigger, should have been first entry 7 - Recognizes Nikita Dragun's gender identity for purposes of cell placement (He identifies as a woman), 8 - Romantic history with a half a dozen wiggers with a history of infidelity that would fuel a soap opera for several seasons, 9 - Stuff I'm missing/omitting for brevity.

I think she's vastly slept on, but I am in a minority opinion. I think the wigger stuff alone is sufficient, but others disagree.

A thought occurred to me a few moments back. I would like to introduce the concept of the "Schrodinger's cow." This is the cow who embarrasses themselves when they go off script, but are frequently bland and unaloggable when they just regurgitate news. Prime examples include Jeremy Hambly of the Quartering, Ashton and Andy. Ashton and Andy have ROBUST cow histories prior to the first Casino episode, but when they contain their public facing persona to just the events of their shows, their personal cowdom is drastically diminished. In the nearly 3 years of the Casino, Ashton and Andy have not done much in uploading their off screen antics and are very subdued compared to their old hypercow status. Sure, the three years have certainly had their controversies (Flamenco, Power Chat, Liana Taylor, Vegas, MM, paypig cabal) but this is NOTHING compared to their pre-Casino histories. Last night's show sucked, but it didn't even give way to entertaining alogging, less a few exceptions contained in this thread.

This concept is also known as "troll shielding" where one directs focus off one's own shortcomings by highlighting the shortcomings of others. This is not unlike the collaborators in any war that try to get in good with a foreign conqueror with the perception that defeat is inevitable and they are trying to garner some level of immunity in the future order of things. They went about 2.75 years with only two major scandals related to their show (both in July '22) but Vegas Gate has shown what cows and hypocrites they really are. Observed in a small time frame, they may seem like rather normal people for the sektur, but they are not. Anyone who is trying to make it appealing to an audience seeking schadenfreude will invariably become highly dysfunctional, as summarized by "the sektur consumes all."

Some cows have a manner of speaking that makes it impossible to hide their status. Others can chameleon as normal with some degree of efficacy. Lard and Tard are like this and are Schrodinger's cows. The thing is, though, once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Added in edit: I was also reminded of a metaphor used in James Bond's "Skyfall" where a tale is told of solving a rat problem by capturing rats, starving them, converting said rats to cannibals and using them to solve their existing rat problem. I used to view the Casino as the rats that were of benefit because they took care of the rats that ate the grain out of the silo. Literally the only standard they had to uphold was no pedo shit (I was unaware this condition was failed almost 3 years before the first show). I figured that their status as rats gave them insights on how to hunt rats and thus were /ourrats (I may have fucked up that meme, it is about 8 years old) and generally a public good as long as their targets were horrible people in their own right. MM and the other paypigs showed that they are just like all the other rats and deserve no special distinction.

Added in second edit: I completely forgot BoxedWineGate as a major scandal. There were at least three major scandals.

Ashton is the one who can't run OBS, Andy can operate it (clumsily, but he can operate it). Ashton has certainly had his problems with alcohol, but he's never been a tweaker. We already know Andy's retarded, we were discussing Ashton.
