I think once she gets her ducks in a row, learns some good behavior management to chill out a bit, she would fit right in shitposting with everybody else, something I've said elsewhere before dozens of pages back. Working on learning to not be so trigger happy acting on her feelings would go a long way (take it from me; I did a couple years of therapy specifically to learn to deal with this).

Most folks are able to parse their thoughts and quickly & naturally to recognize 'hey this thought/feeling I have makes no sense, so I won't act on it' and be done with it, but in my own experience that was something that had to be learned and practiced. If she can start making some progress there it'll be like 90% of the work to get everything else sorted out. Best part is that there was 0 medication required for that part.

If you are a schizo, then it's much more difficult. Especially when you feel like the world is against you.

Not to say you are wrong, but having a messed up brain makes virtually everything way more difficult. Just another reason to cut off the internet and focus on getting a grip on reality.
