There is no "Owens trust". Louis left each of his children a trust of their own. Celeste has created a couple of trusts that we're aware of, possibly for Nick and his half sister.

While it does seem likely that Celeste provided the funds for the current house after she inherited, and that she also paid off the original house, there's not really any evidence to suggest that Nick will get a bigger share of the pie based on how many children he has, although obviously when Celeste is totally or substantially supporting the family, it costs more to support a family of seven than if would to support a family of four.
