It couldn't be stressed enough; Regardless of your gender identity, medical facilities absolutely require you to be addressed and treated as your biological gender because it is incredibly dangerous to do otherwise.
Different treatments and medications have different effects on men and women due to anatomy and genetics. A person that registers and requests procedures and prescriptions that are not recommend for their biological gender can harm themselves tremendously, poisoning themselves with incorrect, incompatible medication and medical procedures that require precise manipulation and actions that would be harmful since men and women do in facthave inheretly different anatomy/body structure.

The problem is that, since Jerry seems to hold such vitriolic resentment toward anyone who wants to insinuate that biological sex actually matters, (See the Charlotte/@TerminusEst ordeal), then whatever he decides to say about such a topic could potentially be damaging to someone else's life, because what if they became trans and then use Jerry-style edge against doctors who try to examine them? Since, you know, your average Jerry Peet fan practically idolizes him, so much so that they don't want to publicly say the wrong thing, and make him upset. Hell, I even bought the sexual dimorphism thing initially, until I actually looked into it.
Fortunately, fucking fortunately, Jerry addressed sexual dimorphism in a much better way in his "Free Speech" ramble.

The reason why I say "in a much better way" is because at least he said "...if they aren't a biologist, or if they aren't a doctor of any kind..." (which means he thinks they're more qualified to give arguments about sex differences in humans than someone else, while mostly anyone who isn't either of those would give an identical argument). It shows that he isn't completely ignorant to biological function, but, then again, that video is over a year and a half old.
It's weird, sometimes I feel like I don't give him enough credit, but sometimes, I also feel like I give him more credit than he deserves.

Hey, Jerry, instead of hurling insults at people, why don't you just send them a polite message and ask them to unsubscribe from you? Has that never crossed your mind? Doing hurtful things to people to get what you want is a sign of sociopathy. I rather wonder about that "community health care" he's talking about getting to help treat his depression. How quickly will the shrink he goes to see be able to detect his thinly-veiled narcissism and other personality disorders? What would happen if he let slip his violent urges he has toward over half the population of the United States? They might put him in a padded room for a bit.
We've known this for a while. He even had it under 'Political Views' on his Facebook (which is gone now). Observation has told me that people with authoritarian/totalitarian views usually have the mindset that "Hmph. I can do better."
Thing is, Jerry doesn't criticize conservatives for being authoritarian so much as he does their not-so great views. As vitriolic as he is against conservatives, a lot of them still aren't 100% innocent and do hold some views that are generally regressive.

It's pretty much a safe bet that Jerry ends up poisoning any positive relationship he has with anybody simply because he can't have a bit of self-reflection in his life. And any time that he does, it's always at someone else's expense or there's always some positive padding to go along with it, typically enough to cancel out any "negative" he's trying to "change".
The leading suspicion that Jerry went trans for Lizzy because he wanted Lez-Sex is still up in the air for me. Jerry is a notorious liar and if he were ever dead set on being trans, he wouldn't have given up on transitioning so quickly. And he certainly wouldn't be taking it out on his fans.

If he doesn't want people to be "reductionist" about this, then maybe he should explain more in depth (assuming he hasn't) rather than saying something vague like "Lizzy doesn't want me to go through SRS."
You know, this is the thing that out of everything else, this one is his worst trait. Jerry have very bad views, but I can accept that, everyone has different views on things. He has bad stances, but he's not hurting anybody, so okay his business. But what make all of this irrelevant and keeping Jerry from acting like a decent person, is that he switch up everything in a heartbeat. Dead set on transitioning, now just forget about with a Horrible and obvious excuse. He want people to care for other, except when they have political views that's different so screw them. Tell people to take wise up on their mistakes, blame all of his flaws on something else. The real problem is that he inconsistent as a maniac. He'll change up everything he stand and do, just to be right. I would still call Jerry an dick still for what he has done, but if he just stick to what he actually believes him and be consistent, then at least I'll have respect for the guy. Pfff, I predict within two year's time (or less) Lizzy will be the new Josh. He'll somehow be able to look past all the good times they had and manage to convince himself she's always been an awful person.

This is the same guy who wanted to beat Blake's wife for standing up to him. I believe he also tried to "kill" Tara Callie at one point (Blake probably knows this better than I do)
Think of it this way: He's proven himself incapable of keeping friends for more than about 3 years or so, and it's soon going to be 2 years since Lizzy met him. At some point this year, this "relationship" is going to show cracks, and I think this not transitioning thing is going to be the small chip that becomes a lot bigger and a lot more serious, and his tumblr larping about hurting people won't be larping anymore.
Maybe I'm wrong and worrying about something that eventually never happens, I dunno. But the signs are there that we could be about to witness a backstabbing rat king pedophile stoop to his lowest.
