WhatifAltHist / Rudyard Lynch - History youtuber, galaxy brained, no credentials and no sex

There's a very thin line of drugs and being a niche internet micro-celebrity that's separating the average socially-maladaptive zoomer with an interest in nerdy hobbies and apathetic parents from Rudyard
I feel a lot for Rudyard because of this, he's just a goof-ball guy with some weird opinions. I don't even think he is wrong about a lot of what he says, especially regarding his more "incel" takes. I doubt many kiwis here are smashing poon and there's no denying the horrific state of marriage and the divorce rate.

I just wish that he stayed off the mind-melters. I think he genuinely cared about the world and people, despite his narcissism spiraling out of control, and could have gone on to try to make the lives of young men like himself better. Instead, he's a warning sign to any people who listen to a little bit too many podcasts and want to try the esoteric joe rogan-pilled niggerweed everyone at those influencer and tech bro meetings has been raving about.

I'm gonna sperg rant about this, but I really fucking hate this video and the person who uploaded it seems to be buck broken by Rudyard's existence since he's made 3 on him.

I think the claim the drugs "made Rudyard start" doing serious politics is retarded, even if Rudyard himself says it. History and politics have a large overlap and alternative history is a very niche and honestly dying subject. Rudyard going all in on swapping to actual political topics probably would have happened even if he was sober due to a number of reasons, namely:

  • He is an autistic incel (like most of you here). That would have been true regardless of the DMT. His opinions on the dating market were just a given.
  • Rudyard's content about current affairs from 4 years ago was much more successful than his alternative history content. It was clearly the direction to go.

Rudyard was likely going to get into politics, it was just a matter of time. If he did get into it sober, he likely would have done a lot better in the long-term (if he doesn't have schizophrenia).

As well as this, the tone of this video is just this swarmy "erm, chud? how about you go back to your little fictional scenarios and stop being an incel and just leave the politics to the adults :)", I think it's especially nasty when talking about Rudyard's opinions on dating, which are just entirely dismissive to what he believes, why he believes it, and just tells to what boils down to "stop thinking about the subject, bigot".

The person who uploaded this is the same kind of insufferable faggot who would gloat about "LE GROYPERS CURSE" on twitter as they watch an unwell man with untreated mental illnesses who self-medicated himself into schizophrenia descend into madness.

I think it's funny as hell to make jokes about the situation and what he said, it's just absurd and indefensible, but when it comes down to his actual motivations for outlook on life, his actions, and any serious opinions on 10-hour long schizo-meltdown, anything that isn't pity, a desire to help him, and/or a desire to prevent further harm to others by protecting people from Rudyard (or behaviors like his) is just down right evil.

I despise the A-Loggers, especially when they're internet politics clout motivated A-Loggers who want to "totally btfo" a man who has completely lost it and desperately needs help.

His obsession with straightness and masculinity makes me think that he's trying to repress something
Is he insecure? Absolutely, I think most people his age are as a rule of thumb and taking psychedelics and being terminally online only exacerbates it. Is he a fruitbowl? I've not really seen solid evidence.

I was honestly interested in this guy's political views b4 he went full schizo. Sure, I didn't fully focus on his videos and usually played a game while listening to him in the background, I was still interested nonetheless.

I didn't even notice his narcissism since I don't have a Twitter account (You're a fag if you call it X). Really only started to learn how big his ego was after his breakdown. I just saw the guy as one of many interesting political youtubers I was watching. Its sad he's slowly becoming mentally ill. He's a young guy and I only wish good for him.

However. Its still important to chronicle his insanity. Unfortunately, he's still influential when he should be in a mental institution. I believe he will hurt young men. He has read many many books on manipulation and he's starting a cult.

I finally finished watching the whole 10 hours of his schizophrenic breakdown, so I'll document a few of the things I noticed that were either entertaining or of importance.

I'll start with the parts that are probably more relevant, that being the accusation that Rudyard's mother raped him, beat him, etc. The biggest question is whether this is real or a false memory from his drug abuse, but from the series of clips over the next few paragraphs there should be serious doubt about the truth of these accusations. From this first clip, he reveals a few important details about his mother/sister's side of the story, claiming that his mother denies any abuse occurred and that she says he was "mentally ill and had a tenuous grasp on reality", while it is also implied that his sister denies these claims as well with his statement that his sister "believes all her propaganda to this day". It should be noted as well that this interpretation is seemingly solely supported by Rudyard's "photographic memory", the authenticity of which I will question by quoting the wikipedia page on these types of memory: "Although the terms eidetic memory and photographic memory are popularly used interchangeably,[1] they are also distinguished, with eidetic memory referring to the ability to see an object for a few minutes after it is no longer present[3][4] and photographic memory referring to the ability to recall pages of text or numbers, or similar, in great detail.[5][6] When the concepts are distinguished, eidetic memory is reported to occur in a small number of children and is generally not found in adults,[3][7] while true photographic memory has never been demonstrated to exist.[6][8]" To cast further doubt on the reliability of Rudyard's "photographic memory", he himself before claimed that he only has a photographic memory for "sounds and maps" which does not seem to imply a photographic memory for every event of his life nor does a photographic memory in general prevent distortions and additions.

Furthermore, reducing the reliability of the abuse claims he makes is the claim that there was functionally a governmental (and more) conspiracy to cover up this abuse. He claims that of the 4 or 5 social workers he talked to, only 1 or 2 did not try to cover up the abuse that was alleged to have happened, with the other social workers engaging in a conspiracy against Rudyard's dad because they were leftist bureaucrats. Where it gets interesting is what these social workers said, with Rudyard stating that "they all told me I was making things up". On top of that, he also claims in another part that he always kept his shirt on due to the bruises he had on his shoulders because his mother told the court that his father was abusing him, and Rudyard didn't want to show his teachers the signs of abuse in fear that it would be used against his dad. Now this is confusing for several reasons:

1) He alleges that during this time he was malnourished, being drowned in a bathtub, being beaten over the head with a 1000-page book hundreds of times, and having his head smashed into the bathroom floor so hard repeatedly that he passed out, but how did none of his teachers or anyone else not notice this? He alleges that they were trying to look for any signs of abuse to take him away from his dad, but they didn't notice extreme physical trauma to his head?
2) In one clip he claims that he told the social workers about his abuse and they covered it up, wanting to pin it on his dad instead which led him to refuse to tell them anything, while in another clip claiming that the court was actively looking for any sign of abuse to pin on his dad. Again, if the court was looking for any sign of abuse, how did they not notice all the things he alleges, which would be nearly impossible to hide? Furthermore, how is it possible that Rudyard simultaneously told the social workers working for the court about being abused (which they covered up) while trying to hide the signs of abuse from the court? Given that he claims the court was doing anything to blame his dad, why did they not take Rudyard's abuse claims seriously but pin it on his dad?

Personally, I think it's far more likely that Rudyard is making this up and/or grossly exaggerating these events (a position implicitly supported by his mother, sister, and 4-5 social workers) rather than some grand conspiracy being made personally against him and his father by an evil leftist bureaucratic system. If I had to guess, his statement about advanced mystics having all been raped as children could be the source of false memories caused by Ayahuasca. I don't think it's implausible that having read that claim in some book, he simply invented those memories while in a drug-induced state in order to fit into his desire to be an advanced mystic like the people he admires.

To get into the rest of the video, I will provide some clips and commentary about the parts I found rather amusing. The first thing is that Rudyard loves to brag about how many women he gets, but this actually isn't really true. For example, in one story he details about how an attractive woman said she was in love with him, but after going on a couple dates/hanging out, he realized that she was going on dates with 5 other guys at the same and ultimately chose a multimillionaire over Rudyard, then copes about how that's actually completely normal. In another clip he details how much he dislikes upper class women for not sincerely liking him, where he claims around "over a dozen times" women would flirt with him to get money or a higher social status, which means that all those times Rudyard brags about how many women he gets is probably just him getting scammed by gold-diggers.

Also, Rudyard gives his sincere apology to the women he slept with for the PTSD attacks he experienced in the middle of having sex with them.

Finally, Rudyard tells his audience to never try to verify information about the women who 'rejected' him, in a Freudian slip accidentally revealing that he was the one being rejected and not the other way around. He also denounces the members of KF for posting a picture of his dad and calling him 'fat and old and ugly'

One of the themes that emerges in the video unintentionally is that pretty much everyone Rudyard meets doesn't actually like him. For instance, in one clip he talks about how resentful he is about his time in LA at the social clubs he ran because almost nobody would show up to the events he posted, with 90% of them flaking. Unrelatedly, speaking more on the social club, he fondly remembers when he dressed like a pimp on a call and would make "map-based sexual innuendos to a film producer", which he elaborates was a woman, so it was not gay.

In another instance, he tells a story about how he stayed at a girl's dorm at Harvard and pissed off a bunch of guys because he tried to steal their vodka, but lacking the self-awareness that he was at fault, claims that they didn't like him because of his "chill vibes". He then tells another bizarre story where the Harvard comedy club and several attractive women made fun of him for his leather handbag, but after talking to Rudyard they suddenly completely change their mind and admire him because he's just that impressive and awesome, or something.

To give another example of this happening, he calls all the members of his quizbowl team "assholes" because they wanted him to study for their competitions like everyone else was doing, and he refused to, which made them all dislike him.

At one point in the video Rudyard makes an absurdly narcissistic statement, claiming that one time someone compared him to a nerd and in response he posted a photo of him so unimaginably, unfathomably handsome in comparison that it got "nearly a million views", and he plans on bragging about how "I was so handsome I went viral" for the rest of his life. I managed to find this photo and will let the users here be the judge, but I should note that when he says "nearly a million views" he means ~570k views and by "viral" he means getting ~400 likes while the post making fun of him got ~2.7k likes with half the views.

In another segment, Rudyard says that when people call him a broke incel, they're just projecting, but in another segment laments how he is now so broke that he has to beg his father for money, and states that he has a landlord and pays rent which contradicts last year when he bragged about how he owns a house.

In this clip Rudyard claims that the staff of the Harvard Humanities department are all fans of him and agree with him, seemingly unaware that on his own channel he consistently claims that he opposes leftist academia and that they're wrong about everything and ruining society. Also, in these other clips, Rudyard says that evil leftist society stopped him from being rich and famous, alongside how leftism is designed to target him because in his own words "I am what leftism hates" and "all of leftism is so that established whites construct a system where they don't have to compete with me"

Finally, there is a clip where he reveals the purpose of the video. In it, he claims that he basically has two faces, one of what he actually is and the other of what he presents to the public, and the video is an attempt to integrate those and reveal it. Seemingly, he has been like this for a long time and probably thought that the audience wouldn't be bothered by the grandiose delusions and over-the-top narcissism he presents privately, but as can be seen now, it completely backfired on him.

Despite my distaste for this guy, Ubersoy's substack also contains a neat rundown of events, unfortunately it's paywalled but I managed to get a free trial.
@Imam Shamil Actually made a PDF of the whole substack. I do think that UBERSOY is a kike who's too high on his own farts, but compared to Rudyard the guy is the most humble man in existance

Great analysis dude.
The thread# should be pinned to the OP.

Yeah he's probably more insecure about not really doing anything particularly masculine than hiding gayness. If it did come out Rudy was hiding being at least bi I wouldn't be suprised either. He has some weird parallels to the other Incel General Fuentes if you think about it.

Fuentes = Momma's boy with daddy issues
Rudyard = Daddy's boy with mommy issues

Both of them will talk glowingly about one parent and barely mention the other (at least to my knowledge with Fuentes. I went years thinking he only had a mom because he mentions his dad so little)

Both have a vision of the world where they are the fearless punished hero and the entire world stands against them even though they're doing what's right for the world (in their own head anyway).

Both are super isolated from society, but act as arbiters of truth for their entire generation, but probably have less life experience than most people outside of internet beefs.

Both run (or want to run) a cult. I know the groypers are "a political movement" but let's be real no one's joining that shit unless it's to worship the Catboy Fuhrer. So while I don't think Rudy is gay, I also wouldn't be suprised if the parallels continued with Fuentes and he gets outed for liking femboys or something similar.

If you gotta choose one because you're a follower and can't think for yourself I'd go with Rudy's Order of The Serpent or whatever the name was. (It's been a minute and he's doing his best to erase it but pretty sure that was it) at least in his cult you'll get to do psychedelics and shop for artisan Mexican leather bags. In the groypers you're just gonna wind up molested and sold out to the feds lol.
