Yeah, Britt realizing that her spot at the top of the AEW women's division was slipping away once the second wave of talent started getting signed.

How she handled it was fucking stupid. Sandbagging in matches on live TV, doing Mean Girls shit backstage and alienating anyone who had any kind of positive relationship with her.

She'll be lucky if TK pays her to stay at home and be a full-time dentist because I would imagine she'll never wrestle for a major company again. WWE won't try to pick her up because of her attitude and the fact that she's at best only ok in the ring.

I really do not like Becky Lynch. Never have. And anytime I try to see what I'm missing, I just dislike her even more. It makes me feel like I'm fucking crazy for not seeing why she was so dick-smashingly popular.

It was a timing thing with her. The WWE women's division had a lot of good workers at the time so the fans were actually showing an interest for once. However, Vince was still in control so he unsurprising pushed the women he liked rather than the ones the fans did.

Becky bucked the trend and got herself over despite this by just putting in the work rather than constantly complaining like Sasha, Ruby and a few others.

She got over because she got punched in the face by Nia and her face exploded. At first, WWE tried to ignore the response she was getting which made people like her more, and then they got behind her and it got cringey and they started doing things like having her do the Stunner on Steve Austin.

It is the year 2025, and TNA is hotter than AEW. WTF is this timeline?

One of the better ones.

E: And I gotta wonder how much of the crap re: Baker is overblown/made up. She split from her concentration camp boyfriend (who I believe is tight with the Bucks, no?) and I can't imagine that there isn't some sour grapes over that.

I don't think she's some great worker or anything, but it just seems weird that this high school drama bullshit is creeping out.

literal anime character Sgt Keroro had a run in there
The IWGP Junior Heavyweight title belt was the Ironman Heavymetalweight champ once. It was the Hiromu Takahashi vs Kazuki Hirata match at Ultimate Party 2023. Honestly a very good comedy match with Hiromu completely subverting your expectations the entire match. Ultimate Party 2023 is asolid show outside of the Mid Cardona match which completely killed the audience heat, and the Jeribloat vs Takeshita match where tubby submitted Take A Shit in the middle of the ring clean at his home promotion during their second biggest show of the year. The Saki Akai retirement match and ceremony were great.

I'm more excited to see this WWE-TNA working relationship than AEW's backstage drama, which has been more interesting than their wrestling shows as of late.
