Finally a clear statement by one of the involved. Destiny won't be able to ignore this. This will go viral. Out of curiosity do we know when Pxie video was last shared by Destiny. My understanding is, that (15 U.S.C. § 6851) only exists since September 2022. The Gofundme is set up by Lauren delaguna btw. :story:

She is retarded, otherwise she wouldnt have put that sand worm in her mouth, but it's by design. She's obviously insane, but that doesn't mean what Destiny did to her was okay. When she tried to speak out about it, he was easily able to shut it down because she's insane.

I think the only only place that's seriously posting about it right now is the youtubedrama subreddit. Obviously posts on destiny's subreddit will have his QRF crack team of jannies deleting any mention of it within seconds to get back to regular programming lol

Edit: Also yeah Pxie might be retarded for ever fucking the gross gnome and his sandworm, but I do feel a bit of empathy because Destiny's sex-pest MO is specifically go after and manipulate very young, naive women (which she was at the time) who are interested in some internet clout. I think it's shitty regardless even if we can legitimately say she should have known better, but thats just imo.

That law was introduced as part of the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization of 2022, which itself was rolled up into H.R.2471 - Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 which was signed into law March 15, 2022.

Here's @SoloTinyLeaks talking about it. The chat messages and Destiny's description of the video match up pretty well with the sex tape involving Pxie. Also note that these timestamps are in DD/MM/YYYY format, so this would have been April 10th, less than a month after this provision became law.

Dan is a relatively smart person. He uses Destiny as a business partner, but actively disagrees with how retarded he is in his personal life. He calls it out all the time, and you can tell its from genuine disgust. But he doesn’t actively call it out as hard as we would like or else he wouldn’t be able to milk money and attention out of him or his fanbase anymore. (He’ll defend him against the bigger claims, because he’s incentivized to monetarily.)

Erudite on the other hand is a clueless moron who desperately capes for Destiny and thinks he is a helpless baby who is too retarded to speak for himself. (Remember, on group calls on stream she used to act as a “Destiny translator” even for his wife Melina, yet Erudite would get 80% of it wrong anyway.) She dragged her cuck husband to another country just to sit at home unemployed, so that she could send emails for Destiny for pennies. She thinks Destiny’s problem is that he’s “misunderstood.” Unironically.

Reminder that she illegally worked in the United States while there only on a travel visa for up to a year or longer.

because what he can sue KF for? for hosting leaked info? it isn't illegal just to have it I think and Destiny 100% didn't file DMCA because we would know. Dan probably realizes that this is retarded idea and it's waste of money even if he succeeds.

Yep, he wanted to walk the path of least resistance, pay the girl and shut up about it, don't cause commotion or anything else and let it go into obscurity.
