Destiny will come on and act very factual spinning a narrative out of the logs and recordings he has access to, but will have bursts of emotion where he flares his nostrils, usually when condemning someone for something he perceives as bad/wrong, he'll take some small blame: "yeah it was dumb, i shouldn't have done it" then continue on attacking

Unless this is the one time he doesn't rush to respond, Vyvanse could have changed him... There's still time to get ahead of it Destiny! Assassinate Pxie's character quick!

I was mean to Chud Logic earlier in the thread but because he made that New Years confrontation of Bababooey and Tom video I started looking into this. He didn't go all-in like we would have wanted but I think he's a big contributor, with President Sunday, in bringing this to light and kicking down the dominoes.

For that to work he has to adress the elephant in the room, the sending of the video's, The only route is him saying that Pxie and others did consent to the video's being shared. For that to be believed, he needs verifiable proof.

What he is probably going to do, is find a whore who did agree and then extrapolate that to pxie "I asked pxie in person and she agreed! I don't have a screenshot or other proof but I do have a screenshot of this other girl agreeing!"

And then character assassinate her as a money hungry gold digger for close to two hours.

I thought Nicholas grew some more braincell but lol he said all this expecting it not to get leaked. In the Sunday video he contradicts everything in the three-way "debate" With Chud, Turkey and Him. Even though I'm right winger, I was a Destiny fan for a year up (until he made fun of that firefighter that got killed at the Trump rally). Since then, I watch him maybe 1/20 of what I use to, but it really seemed like he was becoming more and more of a respectable, mainstream political figure. He was landing all sorts of interviews and was really working hard.

Now it's all likely going to explode because he a chronic gooner and couldn't control his dick at all. It's almost Biblical: A rising star falls because of his unhinged appetites. Reminds me of Nick Rekieta.

im not a lawyer and im getting this info from the internet and gpt, but from what ive found the conditions to meet revenge porn might depend on the location of the recipient not sender or victim, so if rose is somewhere where simply sharing any unauthorised nudes counts as revenge porn regardless of intent like CA, then its revenge porn even if pxie and destiny are in florida. That being said she might have to sue him in what ever state rose lives in, which is going to be tricky to nail down since I doubt she wants to come foreward and admit where she was when she received these videos.
