Something I find repulsively fascinating is the way, after a certain critical mass has been reached, the fat starts getting deposited in bizarre and unnatural ways. That's the mark of a true deathfat. When your forehead or the back of your head are visibly plump and bulging because your body is running out of places to store all the calories you consume, then you are beyond being simply obese and are now in crime-against-nature territory.
