So just to make sure I'm getting this straight. If it comes out next month that Fauci murdered a hooker in 2017, and they have him completely dead to rights, DNA taped confession, video evidence of him doing the deed, he can't be convicted for it? Presidential pardons are for federal crimes only, you could still be prosecuted on a state level.

They’re considering getting around the pardon using that loophole- trying him in certain states as opposed to federally. I wanna say Florida is considering it, but don’t hold me to it, I don’t have anything to back that up but a shaky memory.
