Could a pardon be overturned in any capacity? Regardless, its clear Trump was playing things ultra strategically when it comes to his options. Likely just to keep his ass out of jail, but I also think his plans have worked out pretty well so far.
If Hunter's pardon is anything to go by, I don't think so. But I do believe this was the way to go politically, even if morally I believe he should have not let his supporters rot in prison

The entire middle-east called they wanted to warn you that mexicans are on average less inbred than arabs.
I don't know which particular brand of stupid you drink, but muh cartel insurgency in Murica is so incredibly fucking retarded it has to be one of the most premium ones. The United States had ~100,000 soldiers in Iraq trying to control 25 million people who mostly hated it and were fine with helping the insurgents, here it would have literally a couple million soldiers and law enforcement + the support of 99.99% of the population if Jorge and Miguel decided to put down the bags of fentanyl and grab some AKs to go run around trying to go guerilla warfare

The cartels own miltary, they own cops, they own politicians, they own billions of dollars worth of legitimate businesses that they use as fronts. We're talking about a guerilla war beyond anything imaginable. Look at how Viet Nam, Iraq and Afghanistan turned out.
Those conflicts were against ideologically driven combatants. they fought for things that could neither be bought nor sold. The cartels fight solely for money, money they can't take to the grave. I'm not saying it will be easy but I don't think they'll be willing to spend years hiding out in a rat hole for no paper.

You know how right-wing people tend to bring up how the United States government could not adequately fend off a civil war if it involved 10% of the population? Just imagine that dynamic only it has nothing to do with citizens, it's instead drug cartels and nationalist La Raza retards ruining infrastructure and planting bombs. Fighter jets can't kick your door in to perform searches. Drones can't bomb domestically without mass hysteria over whether the people killed were citizens or not. This isn't getting into how Mexico's government could start shaking hands with America's enemies to receive weapons and supplies for guerilla ops.
Jesus you people are retarded

How many La Razas do you think there are?

How many drug cartel footsoldiers in America do you think there are?

How many regular hispanics do you think would go along with being the school of fish for them to hide in? Nobody is going to get in the way of wiping out spics trying to blow up transformers and shoot up malls

They'd get buttfucked instantly by the entire country focusing on spreading and clapping their cheeks

agreed but you're overlooking the corruption component. We can't necessarily have the US military shoot a bunch of Mexican civilians sight unseen. At some point any military action against the cartels is going to get bogged down in due process, when it becomes apparent that judges, politicians etc. are involved in the trafficking mechanism.

This reminds me.. Is Mayorkas out yet? I know biden somehow didn't pardon him...

Trump has a list of names and he is just going down it to fire people at this point. He has had an entire team dedicated to determining who he could get rid of in his first week. Some rumors say he will deliberately stagger this out over a week -just- to make them all fear they are next.

Say the pardoned 1/6 prisoners get out back to society, what can they do? They've been locked up for four years in deplorable conditions. I'd imagine they need a support system to get by.
The people who went to Washington to protest a blatantly defrauded election probably all have stable lives, families, friends, people who see through the bullshit and are willing to help them out in times of need. You, a disingenuous faggot who has been shitting up this thread, want to gaslight people into thinking they are just like all the parasites who take free gibs and are completely useless. They'll be just fine faggot, don't worry about it.

Instead of impugning your intelligence in return, I'll assume you've just never actually put thought into the concept of what would happen if we had a full-on war with the mexican cartels and what might come of it. There's no reason the gov couldn't declare a DMZ, mine the thing, put up the wall, and be done with it instead. Other than bloodlust, the MIC, and retarded jingoism from people who should know better after the last two decades of military failures.
California can't even handle fire when it's predictable. A lot of Lefty states make for good staging points.
Don't forget willing. There'd be a lot of people sympathetic to narcos in blue states just for being nowhere near the consequences of their hideous profession.
