Huh, cool, it's 2016 part 2 where all the lefties freak out and piss their pants for four years straight while they act like Hitler has returned but nothing actually happens to them.

Am wholly indifferent, although I am filled with schadenfreude because now all the smug lefties can shut up and deal with it. And I say this as a sort of leftie myself. Also not American.

Congrats to those who voted for him. Take a chill pill and relax, those who didn't.
Even the ones who did need to take a chill pill. EOs can be overturned if not made into law. I suspect many of the EOs won't survive a legal challenge and will be dumped before they could become law. Trump will likely lose Congress in 2026 so it's now or never.

Props to him for actually doing something. That was one of my biggest complaints with the first term. He had the power til the midterms and delusionally expected to keep Congress. He learned that lesson.

EOs are not bills. They do not "become law." They are directions to agencies to enforce existing laws a certain way. If a court strikes down an EO, they're declaring that the EO conflicts with the law establishing the agency to which it gives directions.

I don't get it, leftists demonize jews and israel but the moment anyone does anything resembling a roman salute they start shuddering in fear, pick a lane faggots
They're just terminally retarded. They think Nazis just means they nebulously hate minorities and lgbbq. Yeah, like I guess there was the jew thing but like, jews are white and they're also heckin colonizers so jews are nazis today #freepalestine #queersforpalestine

Sure is California still counting Democrats cheated elections without the voter fraud they would lose California and New York and probably several other states trump should do something about that in 2026
This reminds me, I kept laughing every time Trump joked about how the 2020 election was rigged. I like that he keeps leaning into it and there's nothing they can do at this point. Funny how we went from the most secure election in US history, where Biden (Biden!) got over 81,000,000 (!!!) votes, to Harris losing with 75,000,000.

What are you saying? Illegals still have Mexican or Indian or whatever else citizenship, they aren't just stateless persons if denied that shiny navy blue American passport
This is nothing like freed Blacks in the US South in 1870
The argument is that non-citizens aren't under US jurisdiction, and that's fucking retarded. Just because they have citizenship in some other country doesn't mean they aren't under US jurisdiction. If US had no jurisdiction over non-citizens you wouldn't be able to prosecute any non-citizen

This will cause other states to start trading with those that don't impose idiotic tariffs. And trade not for dollars, but, for example, for euros. As a result, the U.S. dollar will gradually cease to be a reserve currency with all the ensuing consequences.
Fuck it, let's find out. The "let's do nothing" idea is not exactly appealing. If it ends up being some major detriment then the tariffs can be lifted but they're being used more as a bargaining chip to encourage production in the US even by foreign companies. It's not like the tariffs are impossible to work around.
I doubt other countries are going to suddenly be traded with to help fill the massive void. Even if they have the economic power (who?) they lack the demand.

So they pardoned Fauci. They may as well have tattooed GUILTY on his forehead.

Of course, even if they can’t actually convict him of a crime, now we have a government that’s willing to investigate what was really going on. Personally, I’d like to see some deep dive into exactly what that gain of function study was for.

And while this won’t happen, I do wish the new administration would do an in-depth and no holds barred investigation of Moderna and just what they got up to in developing a vaccine. It would be hilarious to see furry COVID answer girl Chise completely lose her shit over that.
The best part of it is because he was pardoned, he lost his right to be silent so he can be legally compelled to testify since he's not under risk of prosecution

This is the point of contention. The architects of the amendment explicitly said it was naturalize people who find themselves in what has become US territory who have no allegiance to a foreign power. That part is key; it wasn't to allow Irish to come over, pump out a kid, and then sail back.

The 14th was passed to address the dual issues of freed slaves as well as "US acquires new territory, now what?" which had come up quite a few times.

I honestly believe we need to forbid dual-citizenship and create some sort of "You aren't a citizen, your children aren't automatically citizens, but you have permission to come and go from the country as you please and have work status" legal resident alien status.
Just because you are born in a stable doesn’t make you a horse.
