I think it is hilarious that Biden pardoned his whole family on the way out for their corruption in Ukraine while leaving Vindman and Ciaramella to fend for themselves.
On 4chan, it's been suggested that the Vindman clan got denied a pardon because they either refused to pay the Biden family money for one (which is why Miley got one over the Vindmans) or that the Vindmans were involved if not masterminded the assassination attempt on Trump and got snubbed from getting the pardon as a result since they did so without permission from the Bidens, who are pissed that their plan made Trump more popular.

Do you think they'll have to put AOC down now? She's not going to be happy. She's probably thrashing around in her stable, right now, whinnying, rolling her lips back and showing her gums. Poor Biden tried to give her a carrot and she almost bit his fingers off.
AOC is most likely gearing up for a run in 2028. It's been understood that AOC running for President is her backers endgame for making her a politician in the first place. Her acting out makes sense, especially since Newsom has fucked himself over with the fires and can't rabble rouse anymore.

You do understand that keeping Trump is nothing but stalling for the inevitable downfall?
What do you think will happen when Trump's gone?
That's right. Back to good ol' status quo.

I'm always astonished to see how people naively celebrate something they have no control over. History has been set in motion for decades and the West has crossed its tipping point a while ago, demographically, ideologically, spiritually. Only thing that's keeping this sinking ship afloat is its economy that's been seriously undermined with the successive crisis and poor political decisions.

Enjoy the comfort of your delusion, it's only a matter of time for reality to catch up on you.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
The "Pendulum" is in full swing back at the assholes that made the past four years miserable. why not enjoy seeing their heads fly, just a little

BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP FOR ILLEGALS RIP
EFFING YES!!!

That common sense decision is looooooooong overdue. The 14th Amendment was written specifically for former slaves and NOT for foreigners from Mexihell, El SalvaPoor, GuateMalaria, HondurAss, and NicaraGuano who crap out spiclets on US soil.

The strategy here seems to be to change as much as possible to create too many fronts for the Uniparty to fight. They have to be very selective here and stand their ground only on the battles they deem existential.

Additionally, sweeping and rapid changes make it very hard for the next POTUS to unravel all of them. Especially if certain changes end up being very popular and self-interested politicos have a hard time being against them due their popularity.

Mexicans are too white for Trump and Elon. Must import millions of brown workers while licking the boot of black people.
Doomniggers so btfod after today that this is the best they can do. They have no other cope other than imaginary Indians that, like every other prediction they had over the e last 6 month, will not manifest lmao

If we want the US to be the reserve currency of the world still, what is going on right now isn't going to support that. Politics aside as to the approach of the left or right, at the end of the day we've a balancing act taking place and the juggler is the Fed - best not to distract them or throw them a slippery bowling pin.

To destroy the effect of tariffs one must INCREASE the value of the currency being exported to or see inflation kick up in that receiving country while locally you have controlled inflation; and we've given many countries a nice target - our reserve status. I'm not confident that the Federal reserve can counter the balancing act with distortions in the market caused by the tariffs being proposed. It warps the trade balance sheets for use in USD because the countries exporting the USA do not get the tariffs - the US Government does. The other countries would have to impose similar tariffs to off-set the market distortions making goods more expensive globally for all and not just one location. We risk entering into new inflation territory.

What it means essentially is that the USA will HAVE TO issue a bunch more debt to put back the dollars they are taking out of the International system. The Federal reserve is on the edge balancing this act now.

So, congress will have to pass huge spending bills and increase the deficit, if they do not, there will be trillions of US debt maturing looking for an investment home that has nowhere to go except into asset inflation rather than dollar inflation.

And some of that money won't be coming back here into assets, it will be going into assets abroad. That money is probably going to end up in Gold Reserves or another created asset that can be inflated by the buyers. I think Biden's administration and the Federal reserve defied expectations in keeping a lid on it - but the pot is still boiling and if Trump fiddles with the pot I'm not sure the Federal reserve can adjust in time. I think this is why the tariffs were held off - for now.

All you have to do is spook a market to create a chain reaction - it doesn't have to be real to create an effect. I've already had notices of intended price hikes on goods that are factoring in a trade war - probably because the futures market has been distorted by the potential, so goods I had just lowered the price on 45 days ago are now reverting back to what they were plus another few percentage points. In an economy without spending dollars. Not good for me.

It's good for someone, just not me.

The argument is that non-citizens aren't under US jurisdiction, and that's fucking retarded. Just because they have citizenship in some other country doesn't mean they aren't under US jurisdiction. If US had no jurisdiction over non-citizens you wouldn't be able to prosecute any non-citizen
The Civil Rights Act of 1866 clarifies the sense of Congress at that time:

That all persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States

If someone is born to a foreign national in the United States, they will usually be a foreign national at birth because most countries have jus sanguinis nationality. That makes them subject to a foreign power, and therefore not citizens of the United States at birth. Questionable citizenship claims can be adjudicated on a case-by-case basis.

The Supreme Court in United States v. Wong Kim Ark (189 8) decided the sense of the 1866 Act does not apply to the Amendment, but only because Wong Kim Ark's parents had a "permanent domicile and residence" in the United States and, by treaty, "all rights that are given by the laws of the United States to citizens of the most favored nation, excepting the right to become naturalized citizens." Their presence in the United States was legal and they were effectively legal permanent residents. Wong Kim Ark wasn't an anchor baby. Even if the Court was right, and I don't think they were, their decision should not be interpreted as broadly as it has been.

"Subject to the jurisdiction thereof" does not mean, "is prosecutable for breaking laws." It means, "entitled to full rights, privileges, and protections of the law." For example, a business that is banned from a particular state can't seek redress in its courts if it illegally does business there and encounters some dispute.

Illegal aliens are not subject to the jurisdiction of the USA because they have no standing to sue in our courts, they aren't protected by employment laws, they generally can't legitimately enter contractual relationships, etc. It doesn't mean we can't put them in jail if they commit murder here.
If you can prosecute them you have jurisdiction, it's simple. The only reason the jurisdiction is mentioned is to exclude diplomats.
