I thought the rule is two terms total max not two terms in a row max?
Correct, the only way to get more than eight years is to get in by being vice president more than halfway through your term when you assume the office of president if the old one does or whatever, then you get to run twice for a maximum of ten years, which doesn’t apply to Trump anyway. The total life left might be accurate though.

There is no Mormon belief along those lines anywhere in the church doctrine. Now, there may be an individual member somewhere who has imagined up that scenario all on their own, but it is not taught by the church. From the perspective of what is taught in the church, it sounds like total nonsense.
Fair point. I don't know many but every mormon I know (who I know to be mormon, at the very least) is absolutely fucking nuts so if I've heard some nonsense I wouldn't be surprised at all lol

They're basically all the 'pastor's rebellious daughter' meme taken to the extreme with a side order of bpd, just mormon instead of some flavor of protestant

I am honestly cautiously optimistic that Russhole's tard armor has finally worn off for this judge.
But was I right? Did the judge just excoriate Greer for faking the funk on witnesses just prior? Asking because I don’t follow the Greer stuff closely and I wasn’t sure if I was confusing two things or missing something. There’s just so much to follow on the Farms

Clearly we are in desperate need of a new filing to talk about. Maybe a new poll, like "Will Greer make more plightfilings prior to the fee sanction filing deadline?"
Final amount awarded poll could be good also:
<1000
1000 - 3000
3001 - 6000
6001 - 10000
10001 - 15000
>15000
Maybe paying with something like if/how the judge changes the initial amount proposed by the Hardster, but wouldn't know how to implement it.

Russell Greer, he's insane
Filing his plights, woes and pain
Evil Null thinks it Ok
To publicly post Russ' DMCA

4 years later and lots of drool
Turns out it was Russ who was the fool
Null smiles and eats his cheese
Russ is sanctioned, starts to ree

Droopys case is starting to crumble
Watch him plead, blunder and fumble
Shaken to his very core
Realising he cannot afford a whore

This case has been quite the trip
Watching Hardin bring Hardship
Too bad Russ! You're on your own!

Oh God it's devolved into poetry.

Can we bribe Hardin to file a one paragraph Judicial Notice with some recent Greer emails as exhibits? Please, anything but this.
Well, there's stuff that I expect to receive due today or tomorrow, so be patient and you'll have stuff to talk about.

It's not specifically 10 years, it's you can't be elected for a second term if you've served two full years in the role of president during a term where someone else has been elected. You could be president on and off for a lot of years and still be allowed to run for your own two terms if you're vice president to a long string of sickly bozos. The choreography would be difficult and I think you'd stop getting put on the ticket if presidents keep dying or having to bail on the office while you are their number two, though....

I believe theoretically the longest anyone could serve as the President. Assuming they were elected Veep, and took over is just under 11 years. The cutoff for whether it counts as a full elected term is 3 years.

So if the President dies and the Veep takes over at 14 months in, he still has 2 more elections. If the President dies at 10 months. The Veep can only be elected President once.
