Kingdom Come Deliverance - Or how I stopped worrying about SJW and love Bohemia | Now with betrayal and a lot more niggers. "Historically accurate." BlackRock ruined the series.

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
Arch at least can see that it didn't go over well. But he is still in the "you don't know it's shit until it hits the toilet" mode.
It's amazing how much obvious grifting people like Arch are doing even before this shitshow, it's likely they'll always have an audience despite this which is sad.
I agree but my point is he tried to address instead of "it's not woke because you can kill fags" Which is what Grummz was pushing at the end. Which is outright insane, even more insane were the gays agreeing with that.
I'd imagine the gays were thinking "it's fine that there's the option to kill us since we can weaponize that on the internet to demonize people more!" The slope is pure ice covered in soap, sad seeing people bust their ass trying to stand on it while going "See! It's not that slippery!"

Yes but even when he did that, it went against what the rumor was. I am still of the opinion someone got very lucky when making up a bullshit rumor that ended up having a bit of accuracy to it.
I said this when the rumor of the gay sex scene first came around, if it was real we would have seen leaks, I don't believe for a second that the guy who leaked Musa wouldn't have also leaked a scene of a guy getting fucked in the ass. All that's ever been "leaked" is just people saying its totally real.
Shit like that gets pulled and people wonder why I'm on the "wait and see" side of things.

Did he finally speak out about it?
Razor was a big fan of the original, but I would laugh that he's going to carry water for gay sex and warhorse despite going all in on the trad con route now.
Haven't seen anything from him, but it'd be pretty funny to see that. Dude went full boomer evangelical after he wrote that old west comic.

Some of the new community manager's responses on Steam

TL;DR:
  • Reveals that the gay character is important enough to the plot that he's unkillable like the other plot relevant characters. Maintains that the process is spread out over the course of the story and missing or failing one part means the player will not the get the gay scene, and isn't something they can accidentally stumble into ala BG3. They have to do more than just be nice to him, unlike Lady Stephanie in the first game.
  • Apologizes in Vavra's place for the Nazi tweet, states that it was targeted towards the blatant troll with the swastika and black sun instead of general audiences asking about the leak. Says that Vavra is a very stubborn and expressive man, and his statements don't represent Warhorse Studios as a whole.
  • Claims the "Henry is straight" Youtube comment was made by the community manager justifying a design decision instead of Vavra making the statement, but also claims that Henry being straight is more due to budget constraints rather than "being based." Maintains that Henry can be either as straight or bisexual as the player desires.
  • Says he has no idea why they added Musa nor anything about the design decisions in general, but claims that Musa's presence is plausible, citing that Meister Theoderich of Prague knew what black people looked like based on his painting of Saint Maurice between 1359 and 1368. While the setting of the second game could allow someone like Musa to exist in-game, the first game did not.
  • Claims that most of the developers are athiests in response to the whole "this is not a Christian game" statement. KCD simply has Christian stuff in it because Bohemia in 1403 happened to be a Christian country, and isn't intended to be about Christian values or spreading gospel.

I had JUST checked his twitter again when I read this. Good catch though. So do you guys think it'll flop or it'll do as well if not better than the first game?
I still think it will do well because as mentioned earlier all the people that would shit on this are saying buy it and streamers don't give a shit so they will also get more marketing from them.
Every single person who got the entire month to play it all kept tight lips and never commented on anything weird during their initial review so they won't say shit in their full reviews either.
I also don't trust that a large amount of people who say they won't buy it will keep their word as we seen through the years that people will always rather consoom than have any sort of conviction.

And this is why support for them was unfounded. There are no 'based' devs. Only devs that use you until they can cash out. Good chance it's one of the villains from the past game.
It looks like he's shitting on it, definitely not defending it.

it'll probably do better than the first game imo
  • the graphics look very AAA which is a primary selling point for normies
  • obviously bigger marketing budget with full studio level production
  • sequel so there's a built-in userbase
  • not a lot of AAA titles before it's release, I reckon there's a little bit of money in the pockets of gamers
those factors I think dwarf the controversies. However the game is still undoubtedly a niche eurojank title. This shit ain't call of duty, so I doubt it will do 4 million sales in a short amount of time level of sales success like let's say a street fighter 6. But again, game sales is astrology for boys
