It's not. The actual sacred right is that women should never, EVER, be responsible for anything. Abortion removes the one fundamental responsibility women have -- being a mother. It's the only responsibility that is uniquely a woman's and only a woman's. (At lest until in vitro gametogenesis and artificial wombs are a thing.) But women aren't supposed to ever, EVER, have a responsibility they can't just discard when they get bored. Ergo, abortion. (Please ignore the fact that the only other sentient group of people who we accept 'they just can't be held responsible for anything' are literal children, we're not ready for that realization.)
