I never give Phil the benefit of the doubt because he hasn't earned it, but I think he's so sexless and sheltered that he didn't understand that he was replying to foot fetish comments. I know that sounds crazy, to be so naive and stupid, but I think Phil thought people genuinely wanted to see him show his feet or wear colorful socks because for years they've paid to see him eat fast food or put on a vest...why not socks?

So I' have nothing more than a pedestrian level of tech knowledge so I'm a bit confused about how this happened. As he's crying about Comcast he pulls out a black box with a wire claiming while the internet was down he had a back up modem which allowed him to pay bills, do his taxes (ofc) and make his personal schedule (riiiiight), he claims it let him go online as a back up.

how? if the service for the entire county was down what was supplying this magical modem (that was still on some how as he was flailing about) with access to the internet?

am I missing something or are had his mental state degraded that much that we are one step closer to him just sitting in an empty room having hallucinations of streaming?

its most likely just a mobile router to cover situations such as this, so yes home lines down (he has two) but he could still use his phone and tether ( beyond him ) or the mobile router like I said

Kino Casino is failing, and is supported by paypigs to an extent perhaps bigger than DSP's streams.

They are desperate for new cucks and are not getting any paypigs from Phil.

The detractors have some retards with negative-level IQ (mostly the doody likers), but I think they're not happy with KC and PPP's influence on Phil and how much money that has got him.

So what might happen is for them to try and kiss up to the detractors by just outright a-logging DSP.

What they've been doing so far with him has lost steam, and their regular shows are genuinely bad nowadays. There is also no demand for Phil on KC streams, and having him on doesn't really result in more money.
