How does anyone reinstitute an income tax again?

They could (gasp) go back to how it should be, the feds get funding from the states and the states can decide how the fuck they'll raise the cash. State income tax is much more defendable constitutionally.

(The biggest problem I have with the income tax is it's fucking complicated and obscure as fuck, in general a tax that goes away when your income goes away is somewhat good, VATnigger taxes and property tax and similar keep kicking you when you're down.)

Fundamentally nobody likes to pay tax, but it's certainly more palatable when the money goes to pay for things like infrastructure and the actual education of children versus chemically castrating them so their mother can receive upvotes on social media.
