1. Because Mexicans and other Latinos are a lot more organized about draining the gibs fountain than blacks. Blacks have a very crabs in bucket mentality and as long as Shaneequa and Tyrone can get theirs then fuck anyone else. 2. Latin and black thuglifers hate each other because black gangbangers think of themselves as the owners of various hoods and the Mexicans often outnumber them significantly and fight them for corners to sell drugs from. Because the cartels often follow the Mexicans this results in your average Tyrone dealers being forced to organize to contend with a level of violent hoodlums that are better supplied and armed, so it's easier to just pack up shop and leave the hood to sell drugs elsewhere. Mexicans prefer to do business with other Mexicans etc so any cartel connected dealer who is Mexican will get better biz than Tyrone.

Wow. When I read the original post about this chick, I was a little sympathetic to her, because it sounded like people were trolling her with no intention of purchasing baked goods. That is annoying and I can see why a business owner would be angry about their employees having to contend with joke orders.

I’m not even against the idea of her store having its own lefty bias - I was sympathetic to Christian bakers who didn’t want to prepare gay wedding cakes. If she wants to run a lefty bakery, that’s her business model and purview, and she shouldn’t be pressured to make Trump-themed cakes. I personally think that surrendering customers - gay or MAGA - is a pretty dumb move, but who am I to say? I’m not a small business owner.

What I will say is that this is not how customer service works. You don’t start getting litigious and citing all the employees who saw the customer gasping because they pushed back. Especially when part of their complaint was the texture of the cake, and not just the appearance.

1. Why are you arguing with the customer?
2. Wouldn’t your employees be biased in your favour because you write their paycheques?
3. The customer could have been covering her mouth out of surprise, horror, and civility. You don’t tell the customer that they’re lying about being dissatisfied. You can’t have a civil conversation with someone and start off with what is tantamount to calling them a liar.
4. Who cares what the purchaser thinks if the birthday kid doesn’t like it?
5. The horse on her cake is okay. The main issues are that she added some darkness around the face - which really horses do have - but it looks dirty and unstylized on a cake.
6. The horse on her cake has very stringy hair, likely because strings of icing were placed on top. They probably would have had more success using a larger piping tip, and then adding some stringy locks on top to convey movement.
7. Fake flowers faker than Keffals’ farts. They just used pre-designed stick-in flowers (like a grocery store!) rather than making candy flowers to sit alongside the unicorn.

I agree with the customer. It’s a very lazy cake. The whining about how the colour scheme was changed to match the party colours is just a cope. The colours aren’t the issue. It’s the lack of effort as indicated by the lack of candy flowers and unwillingness to do the icing-horse over again.

Seeing how brazenly this chick lies, I would not be surprised if what she said in Breadbassket’s original post - about Trump supporters disingenuously placing orders - was bullshit. Maybe there were a few jokesters pedantically whining about discrimination to get a rise out of her - but I bet a bunch were boomers having little inauguration watch-parties who wanted some custom cookies with stars and stripes on them.

I get working in the service industry and hating customers if you’re a “sandwich artist” or a Whataburger fry cook. Most people who do those jobs are not interested in food or service longterm, and it’s a stepping stone to being a nurse or the owner of a notorious doxing website, or something. However, if you start a small business shouldn’t you like serving people? Shouldn’t you like the town you’re in? Should you really regard the majority of your potential customer base as retarded scum? Should you really pride yourself on being adversarial and belligerent? Probably not, but then she couldn’t mean-mug the camera.

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and House Republicans have announced the formation of a new subcommittee to further investigate the events surrounding January 6.

The subcommittee will be led by Representative Barry Loudermilk, who previously led the Republican investigation into the January 6 select committee and the security responses that occured on the day of the protest. Before he left office on Monday, President Biden issued blanket pardons to lawmakers and staff who served on the January 6 select committee.

The subcommittee will operate under the jurisdiction of the House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Representative Jim Jordan.

“House Republicans are proud of our work so far in exposing the false narratives peddled by the politically motivated January 6 Select Committee during the 117th Congress, but there is still more work to be done,” Speaker Johnson said in a statement. “We are establishing this Select Subcommittee to continue our efforts to uncover the full truth that is owed to the American people. The composition and other details regarding the Select Subcommittee will be announced soon.”

This move comes as the Republican Party intensifies its examination of the entire context surrounding January 6. The announcement also comes after President Donald Trump's decision to pardon nearly all defendants connected to the protests on that day.
