Seeing as how he's not a world noble ,which might make the Holy Knights™ slaves with privileges, it's very likely they'd have lopped his arm off and scarred his face to have a "Shanks" for convenient incidents.

The punchline will be that the World Government initially got flawed info. So clone Shanks is actually missing both arms because they chopped the wrong one off first.

I want this to happen just so we can have him vs Zoro facing off to see who is the better mouth swordsman. It'll be the gayest mouth to mouth fight outside of Grappler Baki.

i want this to happen only if its then revealed that his devil fruit power is either octupus related or maybe lizard related so he is either an octopus with no arms or he has arms that are growing back but they are tiny baby ones so he cant use a sword.
