Hopefully for 'em the "born on US soil" rule for applying for presidency is still intact, which is... not doing much, really.
And yeah, cattle is overreacting to this as per usual. It's not like Dumbfuckistan have turned into faggotry riddled version of what Austrian Painter had in mind, right? At this point Bri*ish were way more successful at ruining them country than pedocrats under sleepy joe ever were through an entirety of US existence.

Here's an idea: Let's go after the employers that did this. Make them paupers. Take their money and reward it to the aggrieved former employees that were replaced with illegals.

This would be very hard to prove, and the burden of proof would need to be extraordinary, but we need to punish these people and send a very clear message: Business practices that throw Americans under the bus in favor of foreigners are not welcome; You will pay.

For the record, your argument about lack of jurisdiction (assuming it's true) isn't gonna happen until a good time after you're arrested. Even if the judge is sharp enough to make an issue about jurisdiction at your preliminary hearing on probable cause, that's still after you've been arrested and processed into jail. They seem to think you can use magic words, like sovereign citizens do, and you'll be let off to go to on with your day as if nothing happened. Nah, you're probably going to jail, and at best your day is ruined and you have an arrest on your record.

For some reason they really think that police arrests, especially deportations from ICE. Are subject to these fantasy tv show logic procedures. Where they can have a lawyer just burst in and go "Habeas corpus , you violated his rights". And the ICE agent just has to throw up his hands and walk out defeated. These ICE deportations are not going to a local lock up. They are getting back to a proper ICE facility where they will be processed and deported. By the time it gets to this point, you cannot really stop it. Unless intervention from a judge on case by case.
Trump has made it clear in memo's and EO's if "activist judges" get in the way they destroy their careers on the bench and the Trump admin will replace and punish them with every trick in the book.
What ever happens Pedro is fucking GOING HOME.
