For the record, your argument about lack of jurisdiction (assuming it's true) isn't gonna happen until a good time after you're arrested. Even if the judge is sharp enough to make an issue about jurisdiction at your preliminary hearing on probable cause, that's still after you've been arrested and processed into jail. They seem to think you can use magic words, like sovereign citizens do, and you'll be let off to go to on with your day as if nothing happened. Nah, you're probably going to jail, and at best your day is ruined and you have an arrest on your record.
It was in relation to a comment from one of the screen shots. But also imagine being so fucking priveleged and smug that the idea of dealing with a federal case, even if you are 100% innocent, doesn't absolutely terrify you. Like these people have to unironically not know the difference between federal and state charges if they're talking like this.
Do they think they just show up to court and the judge just says "This isn't an illegal immigrant?! THROW OUT THE CASE". Lmfao, mother fucker nooooooo, they're gunna confiscate ALL your shit, comb over EVERYTHING, and then they're gunna start throwing all kinds of shit at you.
Obstruction of this, possession of that, intent to do this, etc, and then you will have the screws put to you by scary white men in suits telling you that you're gunna serve 20 years unless you take a plea for 3. At that point you better have a competent lawyer who stops you from shitting your pants and taking the plea deal before you even go to arraignment, because you can be innocent as shit, but if you sign some papers saying "I committed these crimes", the judge might not give enough of a shit to let "jurisdiction" get in the way of a signed confession.
Lastly, if you get lucky and shit doesn't just go sideways, your best case scenario is you get the charges dropped a year later, owe a lawyer 5 figures, and have to pray to God that all the shit they confiscated didn't go to asset forfeiture.
These people seem to forget or just be unaware that the government can be weaponized against their side as well. Maybe they should have realized the ways right wingers were prosecuted wasn't totally cool, legal, or ethical instead of just assuming the destruction of someone's life over not liking the government was normal.
