Thank you both. I would like to entertain the possibility, but it's one of those situations where even if I feel like I'm in the right I would just get buried in the legal process trying to go up against this company (without outing myself too much they are an absolute Goliath in their field). I wound up finding another gig and while it's been a complete 180 in terms of the work I'm doing (and my former training now being out the window for menial labor) it's keeping my bills paid so I'm just counting my stars right now.
