Aaron was always getting a slap on the wrist for it, I personally think it might have gotten postponed again till the Investigation into Melton and Riketa is finished for the cyber crime cause as that is potential witness intimidation in the revenge porn case.

You are mistaking the cases. Aaron would be a witness on Nick´s drug bust. Unless Aaron is claiming Nick sent the pic to Geno with his unlawful access to his devices, which he obviously isn´t, there is no connection between the cases. He already got a continuance because of this hacking but I dont know if you have to state a motive on your first one.

He won't be able to hold himself out as a "lawyer" since he can't practice law any more.
