To add to this, the cost of living needs to go down across the board, people won't be okay with the artificial minimum wage going down if it doesn't. Apartments in my area are $1200 a month at least.

The real cause of the housing crisis (i.e. not the communist conspiracy theories about greedy landlords or zoning laws or Blackrock) is migration both international and internal.

International migration is obvious, more people in the country means more housing is needed. The solution to this is mass deportations, not building massive pod towers everywhere.

Internal migration is caused by outsourcing entire industries which killed the economy of entire regions. The solution to this is legalizing mining and forestry (a lot of small towns were killed by environmentalists making their industries illegal), reshoring manufacturing and incentivizing rebuilding in rust belt towns (will require busting the union mafia), and remote work (which allows white collar workers to live anyone in the country (like their hometowns) instead of being crammed into a handful of megacities).

I'm shocked at how fast things are going at this pace. By next week we might have peace in the world again and no income tax. If he keeps this up for the next four years who knows where we will be.

Well keep in mind these are executive orders, I hope he keeps spamming them but eventually the courts will catch up and try to stop them. Same thing happened after two weeks in Trump's 1st Admin, that being said he is coming in much stronger now and has elite support this time. I'll be interested to see where he is at in two weeks, then in six months. At that point he'll have had his first confrontation of with Congress and that will let me know generally how his third second term is going.
