It’s a good raid. Battle content aside, the story is interesting so far. The aesthetics are also very pleasing. Echoes of vana’diel in comparison has a shit story though.

Healing can be so fucking boring in this game that I sometimes find myself wanting to get shitters as party members so that I can actually heal as a healer and not just be a fucking AOE bot.

I don't mind healing for low skill players, I really don't. I just want people to use chat. Even if you're a console fag and have to use emotes or the generic dialogue options, just respond somehow when someone gives you advice. I always take the time to say a quick greeting and gg because I personally hate the feeling of running through dungeons with a party of silent mannequins, I guess that's just my autism.
But that said, the most pissed I ever got as a healer was a PLD in Vanaspati who consistently single-pulled and didn't use a single cooldown. When I asked him (politely) why he was making me use most of my toolkit every single pull he told me he was saving all his abilities for emergencies. And when I told him to tank better, he replied, "why are you playing healer if you don't want to heal?"
My brother in CHRIST, I ENJOY HEALING, THAT'S WHY YOU HAVEN'T DIED YET. Why are you playing a tank if you don't want to use any tank abilities? And as for emergencies, YOU ARE A PALADIN. You have 10 second invincibility for any emergency you get into. Especially if you're single pulling the entire dungeon you have plenty of time for cooldowns to refresh. I don't even want to think about how much Oath Gauge retards like that are wasting.
I know healers in any game have a reputation for being entitled whiny shits, I don't expect people to say thank you, but people who actively refuse advice to make my life harder really grind my gears.

Also dumb question as im not too familiar with ff14 resources but is there any resource that allows me to compare prices from different data centers etc of things? Since theres a market in tbe game i would assume theres one.
