Think of the poor farmers who lose such a lolcow! Plaintiff Russell Greer has been extremely generous in producing milk.
I thereby reject your motion.
Following in Russ' footsteps, I am going full Karen and invoking the boss Null to explain how this is a terrible decision, from bias user, and must be undone immediately.

C'mon fellas did I call it or did I call it.

'I am too poor to follow the rules!', but unironically.

Can we also appreciate the fact that he has failed to spell his own brother's name in his mobile contacts?

how did he miss the multiple people who noted that simply stating "for attorney's eyes only," or "confidential," would have prevented the "publishing" of the so-called private information of the witnesses he's insisting he tried to protect? It beggars belief. It has to be on purpose.

I think he genuinely believes that because he whined about "the hardship" stuff so much, he shouldn't HAVE to follow those pesky rules and everything should just be automatically done for him. Because he's fucking retarded. He also thinks that Hardin is somehow a "neutral third party" that should totally be helping out the poor disabled tard with all this complicated legalese whenever he fucks something up.

And, like, I know that Josh has stated multiple times not to give this dummy legal advice in the thread. But if he is reading the thread, how did he miss the multiple people who noted that simply stating "for attorney's eyes only," or "confidential," would have prevented the "publishing" of the so-called private information of the witnesses he's insisting he tried to protect? It beggars belief. It has to be on purpose.
I don't think he's reading this thread, it upsets him too much.

Beware: lil Austin has shown us where dude fucking lands you.
It’s too much to hope that Russ pisses the court off so much that they contempt him and let him enjoy prison, but it would be hilarious. He might even meet some pimps to help him with his brothel.

The deadline for Mr Hardin to outline reasonable costs is 4 days away.

I feel like BMJ juiced up and about to enjoy a crackarooski crack rock. Just fucking hit us, Mr Hardin. The anticipation is killing me!

I think Hardin already delivered those costs which is what set Russ off enough that he filed his objection to the magistrate judge's order. We'll find out for sure when he files the costs with the court after 14 days of conferring with Greer and being unable to come to an agreement over them. I'll assume it took Hardin a few days to get everything in order and likely sent it to Greer on the 18th or 19th since the volume of plightsperging in Greer's objection seems a bit more than he's capable of spitting out in a single day judging by past filings. That means the earliest we should expect anything to be filed with the court is early February or maybe at the very end of the month of Hardin was really on top of this. I can see him wanting to move things along or to put more pressure on Greer.

I could certainly see Judge District waiting until that deadline passes to (unlikely) see if they come to an agreement on costs and fees which would moot Russ’s filing. Judges love moots more than redditfags love updoots.

After all it’s 🌈 as fuck, but Russ asked for $100 costs and maybe that’s what Hardin sent over 🌈

It appears that Russell CAN get stuff done on time when HE deems it important. Apparently muh plights and his need to work didn't stop him from filing that mountain of dreck just a couple of days after the ruling.
