They're bots that are meant to bait idiots who don't realize they're bots into arguing with them. I know Nora Reed runs at least two of them (good_opinions and opinions_good) and Sarah Nyberg runs at least one. If you tweet at them, they'll tweet back each time with generic stock disagreement phrases like "the facts are not on your side" to keep the argument going.

I don't know about the owners of the other similar bots, but Nyberg and Reed do it to get asspats and Patreon money.
