Post videos of people dying - Self explanatory really

Seing two fags from KF do a complete Lurifaxflux would be something... (Lurifaxflux was a dude who hung himself live for the audience of Flashback... damn the news had a field day trying to cancel that site for it.)

Shame i can't find the Eiffel 65 meme anywhere)

So, to quote his poster.. JUST DO IT!

Forgot the tax, https://www.livegore.com/256603/live-suicide
I remember this huge tragedy.

I believe a specific user of Flashback got a lot of heat for having more or less coaxed this man into committing suicide by telling him that he wasn't brave enough to commit to the deed and actually end his life. I also believe that this user was profoundly regretful after the fact, but the damage was unfortunately already done.
Then, the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet made a whole thing about it, creating the narrative that websites such as Flashback (and in extension, Kiwifarms) were a threat to the safety of your ordinary citizen.

Deeply tragic stories such as this will continue to manifest, I fear. I deeply regret that this poor man never got the help that he deserved.

Watch people die occasionally. I wonder how many of these truck drivers tried at some point to keep a safe distance to vehicles ahead, only to realize idiots would change lanes to fill the space in front of them until there'd be less than thirty feet from the semi to the first rear bumper up ahead. The collected footage does cover some clearly retarded truckers as well.

Christ, don't get Mr. Cheese going on this.
Doing 55 mph, truck's hauling a 40 ton load, and someone cuts him off.
He's not going to risk himself or his load for some dumbass that refuses to learn the rules of the road

That's funny, I know exactly where the one at 24:30 happened, and yes the SUV being stupid is typical of the region. Especially on I-75, if you ever have to go north or south through Cincinnati, I recommend taking I-71 if you can. I-75 is full of absolute crippling retardation, probably because of ghetto drivers, but Beemer Bros put in some work too. And especially avoid the Norwood Lateral that goes between 75 and 71. Absolute dumb fuckery happens there. Amusingly, that crash was pretty far north of the city, right on the edge of the bad parts. Once you're past 129 and Liberty township it's pretty nice until Dayton, but Dayton's just endless road construction and existential despair.

I-71 through the city just has West Side drivers on it, so be prepared for slow people who don't understand merging.

Edit: I meant East Side drivers, West Side drivers don't understand merging either, but they drive faster. Also love to stay in blind spots.

I got banned off Watch People Die. For some reason people get way more angry when I post videos of american police officers, or american/israeli soldiers dying than they do when someone posts a video of a child being killed. Really strange, likely religious behavior.
American cops for all their faults (and there are plenty) do one thing I actually like: keep a lid on the nigger problem. American cops arrest, imprison, and most importantly kill niggers. They do it from coast to coast, and even in Alaska. Now perhaps you might say they also stop the average person from finding a permanent solution to the nigger problem, and your absolutely right. But so long as liberal shitheads exist, who want to make excuses for niggers, and even kill me for niggers, that's the best I'll get. Individual cops aren't bad, they just work for a system that is. And again, you can creditably argue if they work for a bad system, they're bad themselves, but I'm an optimist and like to see the good in people. The same thing can be said for soldiers, either of the ameromutt or kike variety, when it comes to sandniggers.

I, at the end of the day. want to see people who benefit me more than they detract from me; succeed, get better and go home alive.

Not sure if audio of incident and videos of bodies counts for thread but here goes.

The MS Estonia was a cruise ferry first constructed in 1980 as the Finish "Viking Sally" before being brought by an Estonia company, Estline and renamed "MS Estonia" in 1993. On September 28th, 1994 at roughly 1 AM the Estonia, with 989 onboard, would sink on a regular trip between Tallinn and Stockholm.. The sinking was caused when the retractable visor for the car port broke off mid-journey, causing water to rapidly rush into the car port and the ship to take on a heavy list. The entire sinking occurred incredibly quick with the visor breaking to the ship going completely under taking less than an hour. Unfortunately for many the ship's heavy list would make escape in the clogged corridors extremely difficult. Of those who did manage to get out many, having been awoken from sleep, were under dressed (many in underwear) and weren't prepared to survive long in the Baltic Sea. The heavy list also meant that lift boats couldn't be deployed (though several inflatable life rafts were deployed) nor could and organized rescue effort be undertaken.

In total 852 died. of the 137 who survived 111 were men and 26 women. The entire crew on the bridge, including Captain Arvo Andresson, would perish. Incidentally Captain Andresson's final act was to blow the ship's horn seven times, the abandon ship signal, alerting those still on the ships's deck that the time had now come for them jump into the water or risk being sucked down with the ship.

Heres the audio of the incident. The Man you hear on the Estonia is the ship's Captain Arvo Andresson. The clip has been edited to remove dead air. What's interesting the ship sank so quickly you'll notice the initial rescue crews continued to search for the Estonia for several minutes (even after discovering debris). They simply couldn't believe the entire thing had gone under so quickly.
Footage from Finnish Coast Guard of people in a life raft being rescued. Several can be seen to have underfortunately died, though the brave rescuers managed to save a few.
In case you were wondering what the ship looked like before disaster struck here is a tape I found on Youtube of comedian Tappas Fogelberg onboard the Estonia (then know as the Silja Star) in 1990. At 1:57 you can see the central staircase, it was here in 1994 that many would battle for survival trying to climb out as the ship heavily listed.

As a bonus I was also able to find several photo galleries on Estline's website taken aboard the Estonia in 1993/1994. It is haunting to see as it contains many pictures of the crew and ship just before the sinking. What's remarkable is how young many of the crew are, many being in their late teens and early 20s, it makes it a bit sadder knowing many of these young people just starting out in life would have their lives cut short just a short time later. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9.

Ouff... The Estonia sinking... i hope this isn't off-topic too much but i remember when in high school (being around 15) we had class with this really sweet English teacher, he just talked to us as normal and then suddenly he started to trail off in his words and just stared at us, for maybe 5 seconds with awkward silence he just suddenly started crying and just ran out, didn't excuse himself or anything, just from wild sobbing to almost bawling out of the classroom, i heard later that it was on that day 3 years earlier he lost his 16 year old son on the Estonia. Fuck, man.

On November 23rd, 1996 Ethiopian Airlines Flight 961 crashed, killing 125 people. The flight, a relatively short jump from Addis Ababa Ethiopia to Nairobi Kenya was hijacked mid flight by three asylum seekers hoping to reach Australia. The Hijackers (who were armed with axes and a fire extinguisher) had read that a fully loaded 767 could fly for a maximum of 11 hours and assumed the plane would be able to make the flight to Australia, not realizing the short route meant the plane hadn't been fully loaded and would run out of the fuel a quarter of the way to Australia. Captain Leul Abate, who'd apparently been hijacked twice before, initially ignored their instructions and continued flying along the African coastline hoping to have an airport nearby should the plane run out of fuel. When the hijackers, spotting land below them, realized they had been duped they forced Leul to turn the plane out to sea. Leul, who couldn't access any of his flight charts since they were behind the hijackers, discretely used a small atlas to locate the Comoro Islands (which he'd never heard of before) and began flying towards them, hoping they would have an airport he could land at once the plane ran out of fuel.

Shortly after visually locating the islands the engines began to flame out as the fuel ran out, Captain Luel began circling Grand Comore Island, pleading with the hijackers to allow him to land. The hijackers, who either thought he was bluffing about the fuel or were resigned to die in the crash, refused. As the fuel ran out as the aircraft began to glide to the sea Captain Leul tried to maintain visually contact with the airport. However after a brief struggle with the hijackers, who tried to prevent his landing, he lost visual contact with the airport and by the time he found it again the plane was too low to make it. Realizing he would need to make a water landing Captain Luel began flying parallel with the waves, hoping to soften the blow and keep the aircraft from breaking apart.

The crash itself was captured on film by a South African tourist who initally mistook the plane as part of an airshow. 125 people died in the crash, many of whom as a result of inflating their lifejackets before the crash. This caused them to be pushed against the ceiling of the aircraft as water rushed in. Including in the dead were the 3 hijackers. While he didn't make it to the airport Captain Leul efforts to stay near land likely saved many lives as help was quickly on the way from the nearby Island. Captain Luel, along with 50 others, survived the crash, he continued to fly with Ethiopian Airlines until his retirement in 2019.

This is footage of Texas trooper Steven Stone being shot multiple times when doing a traffic stop. Miraculously, he managed to survive the whole ordeal due to a bullet proof vest. The criminals were later caught when their truck slid off the road.

Article covering the incident: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trooper-survived-by-grace-of-god/
A state trooper in Tyler, Texas defines the phrase "lucky to be alive."

On March 22, Steven Stone was shot several times at point blank range during a traffic stop by the two occupants of the pickup truck he pulled over.

The drama was recorded on his dashboard camera.

Stone survived injuries to his chest and neck.

On The Early Show Friday, Stone told co-anchor Harry Smith he "originally stopped them for speed(ing). When the suspects finally do stop, I ask the driver to get out, and he leaves his door open. That's a pretty busy road. I didn't want someone to pass by and hit his door. So I go back there to close it. When I do, I see an open bottle of alcohol in the vehicle. I confiscate that, ask the driver if he has any weapons on him. He tells me he has a pocketknife. I take that from him or get that away from him. He gives me a Mexican driver's license, and I was going to go back and run it (through the computer), but I wasn't real comfortable. I start patting him down, and I find drugs (marijuana) in his coat.

"At that point, I was going to place him under arrest, and as I'm putting the handcuffs on him, I notice a pistol magazine in his pocket, and the passenger steps out, and things got real bad from there."

As seen on the video, the two started shooting handguns at Stone. He says the first one hit him in his bulletproof vest. In all, he says he was hit two-to-six times, and rolled down an embankment.

Asked by Smith how he managed to survive, Stone responded, "I wish I could tell you, sir. It's by the grace of God that I'm here and have the ability to talk to you. After that first shot, my vision goes black. I didn't know I had fallen or was rolling down the embankment or anything. I didn't get my vision back 'till I was already down in the embankment, and I -- at that time, I was looking up at them firing down on me."They kept shooting, Stone says, until they ran out of ammunition.

He just had surgery and told Smith he has "some physical therapy ahead of me before I have an opportunity to go back to work."

Stone adds that he thinks his training also helped him stay alive.

"Everything happened so fast," he told CBS News, "I thought about my family and soon-to-be-two-year-old daughter. We are taught in the training academy, just because you're hurt, doesn't mean you give up and die.

" … I honestly don't remember how I got back to the patrol car. I don't know if I walked or crawled. I just don't know. I just remember reaching for the mike and calling for help."

Two suspects were apprehended after a high-speed chase, authorities say.

Mexican national Ramon Armando Ramos, 38, pleaded guilty earlier this week to 14 counts of aggravated assault on a public servant with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to 14 life terms. Francisco Saucedo faces the same charges in a trial scheduled next month.

During Ramos' trial, Stone testified that, as he was being shot, he thought he was going to die.

Stone told CBS News the judge dealt properly with Ramos. Said Stone, "Considering the injuries I sustained and the total disregard for citizens, I think it's fair."

I love these lower quality videos. If anyone has some, I'd love for you to share it.

TIL it's supposedly very difficult to open a car door once partially submerged. You need to break a window with the headrest, or wait for the cabin to mostly fill with water at which point the door will become easier to open. Personally, fuck that second option.

You can get a spring loaded glass breaker on Amazon. No guarantee the headrest breaks the glass.
