Bliesmengen-Bolchen

One day after attack in Aschaffenburg: "Mentally unstable" migrant attempts to intrude in daycare center

One day after Aschaffenburg, a "mentally unstable" Turkish migrant attempted to intrude into the building of a daycare center. He failed, got arrested by the police, and eventually got committed to a psychiatric clinic.

On Thursday afternoon, one day after the attack in Aschaffenburg, in which a man and a small child have been stabbed [killed; several others are severely injured] by a Syrian, a "mentally unstable" migrant attempted to gain entry in a daycare center in the Saarland village of Bliesmengen-Bolchen, as reported in a press statement by the Homburg police. The daycare center directors locked the doors and alerted the police.

The janitor of the daycare center describes to have noticed already around 3 PM how the mentally unstable man was walking around near the daycare center building. The, as the police later found, Turkish migrant was begging for money and a cell phone. The man allegedly seemed confused. Afterwards, the janitor informed the daycare center directors. They decided, still impacted by the attack in Aschaffenburg, to lock the doors of the building. In addition, the directors informed the parents of the present children.

Afterwards, the migrant tried several times to open the door of the building. However, he failed. What followed was an absurd situation: The adult man took a seat at a swing set on the property of the daycare center and started swinging, the janitor reports. Afterwards, out of worry, the daycare center called the police.

Migrant committed to psychiatry

The police arrested the "squalid" man, who spoke no German. Because his identity could not be determined at first, the man was brought to the police station in Saarbrücken. There, they determined that the 28 year old Turkish man was originally registered at a refugee facility in North-Rhine Westphalia, but is now homeless. Afterwards, the mentally unstable man was examined by a doctor and committed to the Sonnenberg clinic, a psychiatric clinic in Saarbrücken.

Just the day before, on Wednesday, January 22nd, there was a deadly attack of the illegal Afghan migrant Enamullah O. on a kindergarten group in the inner city park in the Bavarian city Aschaffenburg [I covered this in A&N]. In the attack, the two-year old Yannis and a 41-year old family father, who was visiting the park with his child, were killed. Another child and a caretaker were severely injured. (Apollo News reported).

A lot of milk to be found in illegal adjacent crowds too. There are a bunch of cases already of progressive faggots trying to LARP as hardcore resistance to Drumpf's fascist government by declaring to the world on social media how they will refuse to comply, how they will fight ICE who shows up for their slaves allies and how serious they are about all of it... and then people report them and the mildest amount of scrutiny from the authorities causes them to DFE or meltdown into hysterics because they police showed up to ask them about their fedposting threats to ICE.

For the OP, a good start would be to include ICE information and how people can report them. That way it can be both useful for finding info even while just lurking.

Maybe including information on Immigrant/crime stats would be useful as well such as the following:

What we know about unauthorized immigrants living in the U.S.

ByJeffrey S. Passel and Jens Manuel Krogstad
The unauthorized immigrant population in the United States grew to 11.0 million in 2022, according to new Pew Research Center estimates based on the 2022 American Community Survey, the most recent year available. The increase from 10.5 million in 2021 reversed a long-term downward trend from 2007 to 2019. This is the first sustained increase in the unauthorized immigrant population since the period from 2005 to 2007.
However, the number of unauthorized immigrants living in the U.S. in 2022 was still below the peak of 12.2 million in 2007.
Who are unauthorized immigrants?
The unauthorized immigrant population includes any immigrants not in the following groups:
  1. Immigrants admitted for lawful residence (i.e., green card admissions)
  2. People admitted formally as refugees
  3. People granted asylum
  4. Former unauthorized immigrants granted legal residence under the 1985 Immigration Reform and Control Act
  5. Immigrants admitted in categories 1-4 who have become naturalized U.S. citizens
  6. Individuals admitted as lawful temporary residents under specific visa categories, such as those for foreign students, guest workers and intracompany transfers.
Read the Methodology section of our November 2018 report on unauthorized immigrants for more details.
Pew Research Center’s estimate of unauthorized immigrants as of July 2022 includes more than 3 million immigrants who have temporary protection from deportation and permission to be in the United States. Some also have permission to work in the country. These immigrants account for almost 30% of our national estimate of 11.0 million unauthorized immigrants for 2022.
Although these immigrants have permission to be in the country, they could be subject to deportation if government policy changes. Other organizations and the federal government also include these immigrants in their estimates of the U.S. unauthorized immigrant population.

This was just the first result, but it includes useful info on identifying them and understanding what they are. What do you guys think?

Some more on Aschaffenburg, article also from a few hours ago. WELT (mainstream media) reports [A], translated

Enamullah O.

Perpetrator of Aschaffenburg was supposed to be in custody at the time of the attack

When the Afghan Enamullah O. killed two people in Aschaffenburg on Wednesday, he should have been in custody. But there never was a writ of execution - apparently because of another crime.

Enamullah O., the suspect of Aschaffenburg, was supposed to be in custody at the time of his attack - but never reported for his serving of the substitute prison sentence according to the Schweinfurt prosecution office. Earlier, "Westfalen-Blatt" and "Bild" reported.

Accordingly, the district court of Schweinfurt has sentenced the Afghan to a fine in Spring of 2024 after a violent altercation in the arrival center for asylum seekers in Niederwern (administrative district of Schweinfurt). The man who is currently 28 years old was supposed to pay a daily fine of 10 euros for 80 days.

On June 22 2024, the sentence became legally valid, but the accused did not pay.

"After the accused did not pay the fine, the prosecution office of Schweinfurt summoned him for a substitute prison sentence of 40 days on December 2nd 2024", chief prosecutor Markus Küstner said. The Afghan was supposed to start serving the prison sentence on December 23rd and would have only been released on February 1st.

Even though O. did not act on the summons, the legal authority did not initiate a writ of execution. The reason: another crime. "In parallel to the enforcement proceedings, a so-called combined sentence situation arose due to another conviction of the accused on July 1st 2024 by the district court of Aschaffenburg for attempted fraud, resulting in a daily fine over 15 days", Küstner is being quoted.

In such cases, the Criminal Code "mandates" that a court has to decide on the formation of a combined sentence. But that did not happen in the following six months. "Among other reasons, because of necessary filings and translations which take time." It is "standard procedure" that persons who are not in custody get a retroactive combined sentence procedure before an enforcement arrest warrant is issued.

Thus, the 28 year old remained free to walk - which also would have been the case if he paid his fines as ordered, considering the court proceedings.

On January 22nd 2025 O. stabbed a two year old boy and a 41 year old man in Aschaffenburg. Three people got severely injured. A severely injured caretaker has meanwhile been discharged from hospital. The 28 year old is being charged with two cases of murder, two cases of attempted murder and aggravated battery. According to the police and the prosecution office, he has not made any comment on the events.

Here's the video of the mayor of Newark, NJ responding to an ICE raid on a seafood depot which I referenced in this post in USPG2.

From Eater NYC, biased as fuck but gives a summary of what Mayor Baraka is responding to:

A Newark Fish Market Was Raided by ICE

Newark fish wholesaler Ocean Seafood Depot was raided yesterday by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, allegedly without a warrant, according to reports. Both undocumented workers and U.S. citizens were detained, the agency and the mayor’s office confirmed.

The raid comes following President Donald Trump’s promise to crackdown on immigration and deport millions of undocumented immigrants.

The business in the Ironbound neighborhood comes from owners Luis and Bela Janota, who founded the seafood wholesaler in 1998, according to its website.

Luis Janota said in reports that 10 or 12 ICE agents visited “after receiving complaints” and “were looking for documentation.” The federal raid surprised the owners, who told ABC News that agents asked for documentation for three workers.

Janota told New York PIX11 that agents were searching for “a license or a passport,” according to New York PIX11. “I thought, who walks around with a passport?” he said. When they couldn’t provide it, ICE took them into custody. It hasn’t been reported yet why ICE targeted the employees.

News outlets have reported that both U.S. citizens and undocumented people were detained, as the Newark mayor’s office confirmed in a statement. “One of the detainees is a U.S. military veteran who suffered the indignity of having the legitimacy of his military documentation questioned,” said Newark mayor Ras J. Baraka, who is a Democrat.

Janota told PIX11 that it appeared ICE was going after “certain kinds of people — not every kind, because they did not ask me for documentation for my American workers, Portuguese workers, or white workers.” The military veteran asked for his documentation is Puerto Rican, he told the news outlet.

“Newark will not stand by idly while people are being unlawfully terrorized,” Baraka said in a statement. “This egregious act is in plain violation of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution,” he wrote, “which guarantees ‘the right of the people be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures….’”

ICE confirmed the raid in a statement. “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement may encounter U.S. citizens while conducting field work and may request identification to establish an individual’s identity as was the case during a targeted enforcement operation at a worksite today in Newark, New Jersey.” They noted the raid is part of an active investigation and they “cannot discuss ongoing investigations.” Allegedly at least one detainee received a court date to appear before a judge.

New Jersey members of Congress have publicly expressed outrage over the allegedly warrantless raid.

“We are deeply concerned about the news of an ICE raid in Newark today. Our offices have reached out to the Department of Homeland Security to demand answers,” said U.S. Senators Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Andy Kim (D-NJ) in a statement.

“Actions like this one sow fear in all of our communities — and our broken immigration system requires solutions, not fear tactics.”

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents attempted to conduct an enforcement action at Hamline Elementary School in Back of the Yards, Ald. Jeanette Taylor (20th Ward) and Chicago Public Schools officials said Friday.

The agents were turned away and no one appears to have been detained, said Taylor, who told WTTW News she was headed to the school at 4747 S. Bishop St., southwest of the Loop, to assess the situation.

“Hamline staff followed CPS' established protocols; they kept the ICE agents outside of the school and contacted CPS' Law Department and CPS' Office of Safety and Security for further guidance,” according to a statement from a department spokesperson. “The ICE agents were not allowed into the school and were not permitted to speak to any students or staff. Teaching and learning continued throughout the day at Hamline.”

The arrival of federal immigration agents at a Chicago Public Schools campus is the first sign that President Donald Trump’s promise to launch the “largest domestic deportation operation in American history” has reached Chicago.

Federal officials on Tuesday lifted restrictions on two key federal immigration agencies — Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection — that prevented agents from carrying out deportation efforts at sensitive locations, including churches, schools, hospitals, shelters and community centers.

Mayor Brandon Johnson has repeatedly said he will not allow Chicago police officers to help Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents deport undocumented Chicagoans and called for Congress to pass comprehensive immigration reform.

CPS policy prohibits federal immigration agents from “entering CPS school grounds, unless they provide to CPS administration their credentials, the reason they are requesting access, and a criminal judicial warrant signed by a federal judge,” according CPS records. “CPS shall not admit ICE agents based upon an administrative warrant, an ICE detainer, or other document issued by an agency enforcing civil immigration law.”

They still claim there are only 11 million illegals?

The government has been stating, since obama was inagurated that there are 12 million illegals. The number never seems to go up despite the net increase of illegal migration every year.

Does anyone have the actual number of illegals in the country? I cant believe their number has not increased since 2008
